5 Pretty good garage facility. I park here regularly.
Had a bad experience in May when their machine didn't process the payment and wasn't issuing receipts.it deducted my money but I had to pay again with another card in order to leave the garage. Their management treated me with disrespect and was least helpful when I went in to seek a refund for the double charge, showing the charges on my credit card statement. The lady at the front counter was more humble and genuinely tried to help. Strange that their manager should snap at regular paying customers this way.
This is NOT a 24 hour parking. It’s 10pm and no way to retrieve my car. No one answers the phone. What a disaster of a place
Parked here based on 24hr opening and my car was locked in by 7pm and had to come back the next morning to get it. No one answers the phone.
Call me! Gexa scammed me and blocked me from calling or emailing. And now tbey refuse to let me talk to people in person!
Clean and safe. Not too crowded in the mornings. Get there before 9am for the early bird special $12 instead of $30 for the day.
