7-Eleven, San Antonio TX

I was a loyal customer but in 3 days I've ordered delivery 2 times and each time these delivery drivers have returned my order saying I wasn't available! First one she refused to give me my order which included cigarettes because the name on the app didn't exactly match my ID hello ever heard of a nickname? ! Now a driver literally just didn't show up and my items get returned which yes included cigarettes and I'm getting charged for these orders! Sure maybe I get a refund but it takes about 3 days for it to post to my account so guess what they just lost my business forget this! Second time in three days I now have to find a way to get to a convenience store and spend more money just to get my freaking cigarettes I'm done with 7-Eleven!

Went to put air in the tire and it wasn’t working. Then we go inside to get our money back and tells us that it has not been working; and the clerk doesn’t want to give our money back and when asked for the manager information and refuses to give us there name or ph#. She just told us to call the # on the air machine.

I got a brewed unsweetened ice tea with ice. Yuck! I was SOOOOOOOO strong! It almost tasted like iced coffee. It was terrible!

I ordered a 20 oz soda and a 30 oz slurpee. I tried to select "do not substitute", but the app would not let me. They then substituted the soda for another 30 oz slurpee, without contacting me. When I called to ask them to change it to a different 20 oz soda, I was directed to a woman whose accent was so thick I could barely hear her, and who claimed that "since we know who the driver is, we can't give you what you ordered". Terrible experience and will never go back to this store again.

Been shopping at this store for a while, items are generally well stocked and evening and night employees are friendly. Have not had any problems with wrong prices here, I frequently have issues at other locations.

Store is clean and well maintained, food is hot and ready by 6am. Employees even have the regulars purchases memorized.

Female employee sitting at counter without a mask and eating. When asked why she wasn’t wearing a mask, she said to mind my business. Her co-worker was masked and seemed very uncomfortable. San Antonio has a mask mandate. That’s all that needs to be said.

Everything you need in a gas station! Car wash, quick hot food, gas and drinks. Saving the best for last. SLURPEES!

So I just left here and first thing this guy did when I walked in was mean mug me for absolutely no reason. Then when I go to get some taquitos and being friendly to show that I'm nice. He then charges me $4.20 for the 3 for $3 taquitos. Lol like okay bud sure then doesn't even offer me a receipt. I also got gas pumped and left without saying anything. Dude thinks his actions don't have consequences. Also I called the line to try and speak with him and the phone is disconnected. What is the point in a phone number if its disconnected? Idc about the money. It's just funny he thinks he is pulling one over on me or something for something as petty as a dollar. Seriously get some staff that isn't pregeduce because it's a little to apart this guy has some issues. I just left here on Thursday the 27th of December at 4: 00 am. So whoever was scheduled that day needs a talking to in my personal opinion. Treat people as they treat you I say. This guy isn't going anywhere with this attitude and he should know that. I said sorry for taking all your chicken taquitos and he goes "I ain't trippin" all I'm thinking in my head is yeah you are. Lol never going back here again. I said 3 for 3 out loud to so it's not like he didnt know or something. I hope this reaches him. He deserves it trying to pull one over on me like he's some big man for taking a dollar from a hard working kid. LOL but I ain't trippin. XD
