Hows a 24 hour store going to just be randomly closed with no posted hours or closed sign in the window

I recommend not to go to this location they are discriminating and the disabled and they fired me for stupid stuff like for example helping my fiancé with a low blood sugar and her behind the counter so please don’t go to this location ever

I’ve had several weird experiences but today I called to ask a question and the employee answered the phone with “hello”. I’m not trying to be rude but please teach your employees that the store phone is not their house phone.you should say, at the very least, “seven eleven, this is <your name>”.
