Convenience Store 7-Eleven reviews
15 Station decided public restroom is now only for employees and refuses to allow customers to use it.
Buttons on a lot of the pumps do not work so you're unable to utilize rewards and the pumps are not printing receipt and requiring you to go inside to get one
Not open 24 hours anymore, they will close at random times with no reason given. Get rid of the night crew and that derpy John character.
Here at 6pm 04/23/2023 and door locked from inside. Few other customers turned back.this was second time same thing happened
Love 7-Eleven but the customer service is so bad very Rude employees.need to hire friendly people
Horrific "customer service". Gal behind counter was literally pigging out, smearing condiment all over whatever it was she was eating AND talking to potential customers, as she did so. Isn't there some kind of health code about this? ! Needless to say, they left.disgusted. So did we.
Update 2/7/23: Response to owner; no, it "doesn't sound right". We recommend secret shoppers. It's what we've done with our businesses and we've seen how subtle, precise changes can improve a business' overall performance. Best of luck.
Morning crew is rude. Banging on the bathroom door while I'm trying to do my business and letting customers cut in line. Was straight up ignored, so you know what? Circle K down the street.
Only the only cashier working at 10: 00 p.m. I believe her name was Jessica is the best customer service I've ever gotten in a gas station I give five stars just for her customer service alone
Not open 24 hours like the hours clearly say they are. I came here at around 1: 33 am, three more cars came with the same thought and got turned away.
Just wasted my money bc i was rushing to grab a convenient breakfast but since there was a line at Laredo Taco i just grabbed a couple of taquitos that were labeled “chicken” which were not chicken but in fact just cheese.
We were pleasantly surprised tonight when the slurpees were actually working right but as usual the store was filthy. How hard is it to wipe down the counters around the drink area. The floor was also wet. Someone would have a slip and fall if it wasn't so sticky that your shoes stick to the floor.
Tuesday night around 10: 30 pm & 11: 30pm I went to gas in my car and I did check the pump I put my hand's on the card reader nothing moved at all so everything looked okay to me. I paid at pump not inside and i went home. So I check my emails before I went to sleep. My Bank sent me a email telling me that someone try to withdraw $91.00 at that 7-Eleven. So everyone please becareful where you get your gas.
There is new employee who not only did not hear my order correctly but then when I pointed it out to him after the sale, stated he did not have the authority to refund and correct. Needless to say I am not happy. As a regular customer of this store, I expect better customer service!
ATM NEVER WORKING!
For this to be a new store I do not understand for the life of me why the ATM never operational when I go into the store. I’m sure others feel the same way when wanting to access a standard service all 7-Elevens offer.
Pizza might be bad but them oatmeal raisin cookies are insanely great. Rated 4 stars cause they don't take debit for scratchers, lol
Great, friendly service and an amazing variety of beverages and snacks. So glad 7-Eleven has entered the Houston market.they fill a much needed void that the traditional convenience stores around the metro area don't.
