I went to this location on September 2nd at around 9: 15 pm to load Money on my Cash App. Handed the Cashier (who is a Black Guy with his hair standing up on top of his head) $500 to load onto my Cash App Card I was wondering why he was taking so long, He then tells me that I only gave Him $480 when I counted my money out myself. Recounted the Money and $20 was missing. Yes the old (20 the money game so that they can pick it up off the floor behind the counter later scheme) Yes He stole $20.
They have thieves working at this location I guess he needed more than I did SMDH. The worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to. They never have anything, Food stale and old and Never keeps up the Slurpy Machine.
You would have thought that they was bringing random things off the street and hiring them.

A literal pile of trash over the last year. They are constantly out of stock to the point I started bring my own cup. Today the employee refused to refill my cup, but they were out of cups. I left about 50$ worth of Saturday snacks on the counter because this doof couldn’t figure out that that I was willing to pay full price and they would have made extra profit not providing a cup, lid, or straw. (None of which they had). Anyhow. QT is definitely setting the bar in the area since Steve retired and this place turned into a dumpster fire.
The level of unprofessionalism, incompetence, and belligerence at this location is mind boggling. Today (as on frequent occasions), the gas pumps are unable to render receipts of purchase. I have to leave the pump to walk into the store. When I do, there are long lines and staff cursing at one another in public view. The entertainment that I just received a few seconds ago I believe highlights the case. An obvious employee (not in dress uniform) walked into the store and stated something about her being evicted. She was obviously distressed and was cursing. She asked the manager for one of those cigar type tip cigarettes and was mumbling back and forth to the entire staff. This dialogue went on for about 10 to 12 minutes.
All I was asking for was a receipt for my gas purchase! The first clerk didn't even know how to print it, so she called the manager! In short, there appears to be more attention given to foolishness than there is quality customer service. When I asked the manager why the receipt mechanism at the pumps continuously have an issue, he said "man I don't know". The only reason I visit this location is because it is very close to my residence. So unfortunate! I live in a pretty decent community, but the staff at this location are incredibly subpar.
I have been coming to this 7-11 since 2013. This 7-11 hasn't been the same since owner Steve retired and I guessing corporate office came in and decided to move the Manager Kim to a different location. Since they have been gone customer service is horrible employee just there to tell their friends they have a job. Some days you to go there they have gas some days and other days they don't. Same with coffee the only difference there hit and miss the coffee cream. If the big wigs in the corporate office/Owner wants this location to shut down are lose the customer to QT. They want to step in and do something
Great gas station very clean, very polite and courteous staff, best store to stop by and pump gas and buy snacks in the area.

The new manager is awful. The store is out of everything. Your customers could order better than her. I've been going there since it opened. Even with covid it's never been this bad. All the good people quit.
Absolutely terrible. They shut down registers, pumps everything for shift change. Manager was an absolute failure! Do not go to 7-11 try quick trip instead, much better.
I literally just left out of this store. Them women who work in there now is not only unprofessional but they are loud too. TheY just allowed SEVERAL young men to walk in the store without a mask on and joked with them. They were loud and ghetto.
I come here all the time, decent prices on cigarettes. I can usually find something to drink and or munch.
The employees are laid back and pleasant, but not over the top fake nice. Sometimes I grab my stuff and go, other times I will have a conversation.
Sometimes if I have a particular drink in mind they don't carry, I end up going somewhere else.
Had a bad experience 4-19-20, went into get water to fill my leaking radiator.was told to go away since i did not have a mask on.kim-marie, clerk, followed me out yelling that i don't need to be in there if i was going to be rude.the 12 handwritten signs are hard to see and there are too many that make customers not want to read them.some young people claiming to be her nieces and nephews threatened to beat me up cause they thought i was causing a disturbance.i walked away never to return to the store.
