HORRIBLE! I go in this store every single day cause it’s close to work. The Arabian guy looks as a manager or owner knows absolutely
NOTHING Everytime I go in the store customers are complaining. He’s constantly double charging people I caught him doing it to me once and check Everytime. I have pointed it out to atleast 8 customers he’s tried doing it to now! He needs to find another job. He’s killing business quick!
I just went and tried to get gas and when I went into pay after waiting in a long line, (after getting off my 10 hour shift) the worker let me know that pump one isn’t working, I think it’s very rude and inconvenient that there is not a sign posted at the pump, a note, a bag over the pump, anything would be helpful. I then had to move pumps and wait to get gas while I was already on E. Both women at the registers were laughing and playing around so loud they could not even hear what pump I was asking for gas, I had to repeat myself.very unprofessional. If I have to do my job, please just do yours.
Always very good customer service stores always clean products are always facing outwards where you can see it I will come again and recommend this to everyone even my friends and family
I experienced a very rude non helpful stuck up young lady that works the night shift on September the 10th at 7: 44 p.m. She needs to be sent back to customer relations because she is straight right out out right rude

The restroom was very dirty and it's obvious that it has been dirty for a very long time. The grime in the sink made me think that my hands would be cleaner if I didn't wash them. This is not some out of the way store. It's extremely busy all day everyday. I'm sure they are not going over and above on store cleaning to keep us safe during this time of COVID-19. Very disappointed.
Conveniently I went to these locations 2 times in the past week, and as a loyal 7-eleven customer, I used my rewards and the employees had an attitude when I noted I shouldbe received my 7th cup for free. They lied and stated they dont participated in it. I would have to redeem it elsewhere. Very unprofessional and rude!
