Convenience Store 7-Eleven reviews
9 The poster on the door said any sized iced coffee for $1.49. I went to the machine and pressed down on the bar that said "cold brew iced coffee. " Nothing came out. I pressed down on the bar next to it that said "mocha. " Nothing.
I waited in line The man said, "No, I fixed it yesterday. " And I got zero iced coffee.
Place sells freezer burnt ice cream! Happens all the time! Get ice cream somewhere else! Owner and manager have no people skills and expect you to pay for product when it falls way below expectations! Freezer burnt ice cream? No thank you!
Very comfortable experience! Welcomed me when i came in as well when i was leaving, and as i was heading to my car- one of the employes even watched me and my sister to make sure we made it to my vehicle safely!:)
This location is great, no gas (which is fine) the staff is awesome, friendly and accommodating.
Always has may favorite beer and snacks in stock, specifically the 7-Eleven stuff like the prime rib flavor chips and the chocolate cakes!
P.s. Embrace the 7-Eleven app, it's awesome. I really like points, they really helped me out during that ice storm back in February and I am forever loyal as a result!
April 2021 and you’re not wearing a mask in front of customers. This has happened multiple times. Not coming back.
Honestly, this place is a major let down for multiple reasons but the one that is causing me to never come back is that one of the employees doesn't wear a mask even though Austin is currently under a mandate stating that all persons outside of their home within 6 ft of others has to have a mask on. This employee also like to complain to the customers about the fact that others are wearing them. Nothing is ever clean. I live across the street so this is the most convenient place for me to go when I need to grab small things easily, with that said from now on I will go further down the road to the Valero since they are so much cleaner and their employees wear masks.
I could keep going but all you really need to know is if you dont want to get sick dont go here. Its disgusting.
I go to this gas station because I am a single girl and get off work around 10pm and need things from the store. I use to come here because it was friendly and I felt safe and welcomed as a customer and as a girl. I’ve lived in this part of Austin for 26 years and the men that run this gas station now, are not as kind and friendly and I will not come here again because I do not feel safe or welcomed, at all. If you’re a girl, go with a friend and the thing I can’t mention [the way that you’re treated] won’t happen. You don’t want to be by yourself in this store.
They always have a leaky toilet, that way they don't have to clean up after the customers who actually need to use the bathroom. Where's 7-Eleven around
This is my local 7-Eleven, which I usually stop at multiple times a week - especially in the parts of the year I'm driving for ride-shares. I can't brag on the staff enough! No matter the time of day - and who is working - I always get greeted with a "hello, " a smile, and some conversation. I can also always rely on the bathrooms being clean, which isn't always a given. Their selection is standard so no complaints there.
