The young black male cashier named Jordan that works nights there, refused to help me. He was on his phone pretty much the entire time. When I was at the pump we could see him through the window and while I and my significant other were in the store at seperate times. He had also refused to help him.
The pumps froze and weren't responding to anything locking our debit card into the machine. When I told him about it he responded back with " it's not my problem, it's not the first time it has done that". He then said it will release at some point, I asked how long and he ignored me, I then said I don't have all night to wait on it to release call your manager. He then replied with "that's on you" told me I needed to get a new card. I let him know that my card was not the problem as it was a new card and he shrugged his shoulders, then went back to his phone. When I asked him his name he refused 4 times to give it to me ignoring me. When another customer walked into the store he rolled his eyes grabbed his name tag turning it around towards me and "snapped back with Jordan. " I asked Jordan what he said "just Jordan". So I said your the only Jordan that works here, again he ignored me, so I asked again and he said "yes, very rudely". Then when I asked him to call the manager he refused and said "she wouldn't do anything about it. " He wouldn't give me the managers name or number so that I could reach out to her myself. There is no number posted in the store for customers to talk to anyone other than the employee who is there. When I and the other customer walked out of the store she said, "he didn't seem to happy to be doing his job, well what part he was doing. " That was my thought exactly.

Bathrooms and soda machine is always broken for the last 2 years and they break at the same time. After you pump gas you would like to wash your hands, Or go to the bathroom after driving or getting ready to hit the road.
As hot as it has been, it would be nice to be able to get ice but it's always broken.
Employees will cut you off when you try to talk to them they know-it-all And apparently are never wrong. I was trying to explain something to the worker the other day she was wrong. When she finally let me speak she realized that. Now she's getting me dirty looks won't speak to me and is hateful since then.
I can care less if she likes me she could just be professional and do her job.

How about we make it where the pumps don't shut off at $75 since gas is as high as it is. Most people around here drive trucks, and it takes way more than $75 to fill up.
