Don't be fooled by this location's convenience as you can enter there right as you get off the train heading westbound. I don't use the 7 Eleven app that often, but there's just no excuse for the employee (possibly manager since only one guy was in the store) to make me figure out on my own how to redeem those 500 points for the donuts I wanted. It took a while for me to get to the corporate people to explain the situation and the guy over the phone not only gave me back my 500 points, I earned an additional 500 points. Please do not visit this store though if you haven't already because that employee while I was making this call to corporate had police called on me to remove me. Hold these employees accountable!

One thing I hate though is being lied to my face now it was only a dollar, but i came in here for a couple items. I even helped the cashier who was either new or didn’t know the register ring up my order right, so he wouldn’t be short in his register's or take advantage and walk away with free stuff. I gathered my stuff I felt the kolache barely warm and hard already, so I asked for a refund. Now I understand this location is busy I get that, but to hand me back a dollar and 75 cents back when I clearly saw 2.83. I’m not mad about the dollar I’m mad how they still tried to keep money for an item that probably was past the legal food hold there is!

Their is this elderly lady that works here morning shift, this lady reached across the counter and grabbed my thigh, I don’t understand why she thought it was ok to do something like this but I was highly offended, 2 weeks from the incident she proceeds to approach me about the incident as if she was offended that I told my company about it what happened, I reported her to my hr because it’s very strange for a person to touch someone they don’t even know, but anyway she proceeds to say that I shouldn’t be talking about her behind back as if I know her personally, this lady does not need to be touching any customers at all, this is on camera and I will be reporting to the better business bureau and to the cooperate office, this is highly inappropriate and unacceptable her reason for touching me was because she was old and this is what she said I’m giving this place 0 stars for being unprofessional at its finest

Try to go here at one in the morning because it was supposed to open and two guys inside wouldn’t open the door nor did they come out to say anything. They just kept making some hand gestures at me. The reviews here don’t lie. Go somewhere else. This place is terrible.

This is the worst 7-eleven I’ve ever seen. Management are overwhelmed by unruly customers. They also attempt to short change customers on nearly every transaction. There are constant in store complaints about them overcharging or not giving back enough change. At some point, this should be considered intentional. It’s not surprising the store is closed today at 4: 30 pm on a Monday. What is surprising is that the district manager would allow this to continue.

The manager at this 7-Eleven says that I can only get $10 cash back on my debit card purchase once in a life time.
That I must use the ATM instead.
If I could give this 7 1l at Akard zero stars I would.
This is the worst place to stop and get something from a from a convenience store.
I highly recommend not coming here.

How this place stil function in the heart of downtown

I frequent this 7-Eleven regularly. For months since last August they're serving machines has been out of service. They are located at the St Paul train station. So they have a pretty diverse group to come through on a regular basis.as I said before, I frequent this 7-Eleven and have never stolen a single thing from this store.yet on this particular day Their store clerk accused me of stealing some candy while I was in the process of paying for a sandwich. Which I felt was very disrespectful. I noticed that several other individuals who come through experience the same thing consistently. Their store clerks racially profile people, openly disrespect customers, refuse to keep the outside of their property clean does not have a restroom for paying customers. And I'll honesty I would recommend New Management, new clerks or a completely different convenient venue. The one thing I do know is that the man shown in the picture below no longer needs to be working at this place.

Edit: they want clarification. 711 is a place I shop at because it is always open. This store was locked up with no signage or explanation. We felt disappointed after walking in the cold. We went to a different 711 and got excellent service.

FRAUDS! He purposely rang up my items twice! Literally tried to charge me double. You think because someone is well put together that they have money to donate to you? Work harder! Get a better job! Defrauding hardworking customers is NOT IT! Despicable behavior!

People at the register are beyond rude, even when one treats them with decency. To the point of even yelling at customers, Additionally I went accompanying a friend and if you do not watch closely what they are ringing they intentionally add items to the check, and they make sure to NEVER give a receipt, that way as customer you cannot demand for a refund. The soda fountain it’s eternally broken (to force you to buy bottled sodas which are more expensive) same with slurpee machine. So if you can avoid this store, DO SO AT ALL COSTS.

I've been walking here from my job for a couple of months now. And when I come in, they are always so very nice to me. I have no issues at all.
