5Just stop by to get a cup of fresh coffee the Franke Coffee Machine is was out of coffee their was two associate. I politely ask if you guys can refill the coffee machine they refuse to do that said we have other coffee if you want I thought it was very bad customer service.
I usually stop by this store at a day time and I never had issues. I stopped late at night and met this nasty man, I don’t know why he was rude to me out of the blue, I think he must have been mentally unstable because why would you be rude to a customer out of the blue. I was so baffled by his rudeness. It’s sad, I have to go back with out buying anything. Please remove this embarrassing human being from the front desk.
Most expensive 711 I have been to in my life…very high priced…rude workers. Avoid this 711 at all costs. Overcharged my CC and now I gotta fight to get my money back

THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS LOCATION ARE THE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY ETHIOPIAN'S THAT WORK THE DAY SHIFT.
