Either lack of training or lack of policy enforcement but loading cash app for not only this location but all location depends on employee on duty. Seems the ones who can barely understand English don’t load cash app any time of day. The ones who can speak English load cash app at all hours of night and/or day. I have better luck asking customers as they come n go.

This store is a hit or miss when going here. Some days the service is great other days it’s as if you don’t exist.

Their tire inflator was defective and I ended up further deflating my tires in the process. When I went inside and politely let them know, I was told that they knew it was defective and they put a note on the machine. I told them there was no note, and they told me the wind must have blown it away. No apologies, and no refunds were offered. Absolutely horrible customer service. I don't care about the $2 their machine stole, or the fact that I had to drive off with less air in my tires. Their attitude is absolutely disgusting.

This location has the worst employees/customer service. They ruin it for me.

I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life than I did the other day. There’s two bitter Somalian woman that work there and like to pick and choose which people they would like to be nice to. They also like to put on a clown face for master and treat people of color Black people African-American people wrongly.

The clerk gave very good customer service. She is friendly, nice, and outgoing. Also I liked the fact that she gives good energy and she's a good people person.

The story is so clean the food is always fresh a good management a good employee everything is good
