There were two long lines because the elementary school had just gotten out. Not a good time to be there. The service & everything else was great. That's not the fault of the store. Thanks

Took a lottery ticket up here to redeem it. I have the lottery app on my phone and just checked it and it was a $25 dollar winner. Cashier scanned it and only gave me $10 for it. It's only $15 but in sure there's been others or will be others with bigger amounts if he's still employed. This happened at 830pm 7/23/23 at location on granbury and altamesa inform worth tx.wouldn't take much for the owner to check into this claim. I'm sure the shift end notes and records are off.

I love the coffee, friendly staff, speed of service, convenience and cleanliness of this location (this includes the restrooms & fresh food areas). I've never had a bad experience here, I mainly go (too often) for the great fresh coffee!

Price of beer is 100% always mislabeled and you are charged more than the tag says. It’s just bad business. This is across from my house but I’ll start going to another store. Never have I ever seen this on a consistent basis like I do at this store. Certainly they wouldn’t stand to be over charged by a vendor.

At this particular store on Hulen in Fort Worth 76132 has one of the best customer service and products availability.

One of the worst run stores in the chain. Never have receipt paper at the pumps (because someone apparently drove off without a receipt and someone else grabbed it and used the carwash the 1st person paid for - so let's make EVERYONE have to waste time going inside and dealing with a huge line to get a receipt). Always understaffed when I go there. Apparently the managers seem to think that 2 registers are fine for one worker with about 30 people waiting to checkout. Seriously considering never going back to this location. The one at Hulen and Granbury is much better.

Out of stock on tons of stuff on a regular basis. App says they load Cash App cards but they will only do it if a manager is there which is extremely rare.

If you are needing any assistance with your purchase I would greatly suggest you go to a different store. The people working at this 7–11 are too interested in their phones to answer any questions you may have.
