I love the hours, but I don’t love the service. I was there for almost two hours because they forgot about me in the back area.

Very professional and friendly. I had a cleaning and checkup today. They always explain everything and make you feel comfortable.

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist in general and usually have to take something to help calm my nerves but the last 2 visits I've had to the Brahm location and the provider I see managers you put me at ease completely with nothing else other than kindness and I cannot express my gratitude enough something as small as a chip tooth has been put off for far too long because of it and I'm just so grateful that I found A place that has people with such compassion thank you all very much

After a not so comfortable previous experience, with another dentist, I scheduled with Dr. Myers and am so happy that I had. It was my first appointment with her and she made me feel less anxious and more at ease to go forward with my procedure. Destinee also ensured I was comfortable and checked on me every few mins through out the process.

I was going to the branch at Braun for over a year and the last time I visited was the reason I had to stop going to this branch.they do not seem to have standards in the way they do the cleaning.the last time I went I needed to come back because I complained about the quick 10 minute cleaning this hygienist did (she was rushing and yes she seem to have problem with asian people - yes she is a colored woman) Never again.

Ms. Destiny was an amazing tech! She asked all the right questions and ensured that I was comfortable. When complimenting her on an outstanding job with my bridge, she is so humble. A rare quality in today's society. She's a jewel of an employee and very knowledgeable. I will continue to be serviced at 7 to 7 Dental as long as Ms. Destiny is employed there. Thank you for all you do!

After 3 years I have to see an Endodontist to fix an unnecessary root canal done by 7 to 7 dental.
I have had two dentist tell me that a root canal was never necessary.
One of my molars cracked and need to have a crown put on. There was never an infection or pain associated with the cracked tooth. However, I was told by 7 to 7 dental staff that they would not do the crown unless I let them do the root canal. I’m not a dentist and poorly assumed that they had my best interest at heart.
Fast forward to 2023, I started experiencing the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. I go to another dentist and after the X-ray and the 3D imaging they showed me exactly where the infection was and why I had an infection. The infection was in one of the canals made. Yes, I know that there is always a risk of infection involved with any type of procedure.
When money is more important than your patients care, comfort and safety it is time you find a new line of work. Once all the work is done I’ll update as to how much money all this is going to cost. Luckily insurance will take care of some.

My daughter Olivia and I had our ortho appointments this morning. The front desk person was amazing very friendly young man. And of course the ortho team was amazing as always love all the girls Sonya, Liz Jennifer and the wonderful Dr. Banday were great! If you are looking for Orthodontics for yourself or your children this team will take care of your family and all their needs. Samantha the general manager is hands down one of the best! She has taken care of my family and I for over 4 years! Thank you 7 to 7 dental Braun for your amazing patient care!

They do not practice standard medical record procedures. They will delay your record sharing with other dentists if you want them sent out. I tried 3 times to have them send records, they have not gotten back to me anytime i’ve asked. I had my dentist back in my hometown request and they did so immediately. Go figure. They will charge you at first and then “insurance will reimburse anything covered. ” In all my experience with ANYTHING medical/dental/vision the practice always made sure insurance was ran. They refused to give me an actual breakdown of what i paid for until after procedure was going to be done. I canceled my appointment and got my money back. This practice is not to be trusted.

I didn’t feel a thing, the doctors helped keep me informed, and my whole experience was nice and easy

Probably the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. They did work on me, part of it fell out the next day, I went to them to make sure it was ok, and they did X-rays and told me it was fine when in fact it wasn’t. I went to a different dentist that had to take it all out and start over and I had to pay again. Ridiculous and very painful. Spoke to an admin yesterday who said I would be receiving a refund.
Manager called me today and was very rude, told me that it can take a while to receive a refund and that there are certain steps before a refund is allowed, including seeing the notes from the dentist that fixed my pain and redid the work yesterday.

Absolute horrid customer service every time I’ve been. The doctor walked out of my procedure multiple times as well.

Always nervous going to the dentist. But the staff is always friendly and attentive. Hygienist was very good at getting my teeth nice and clean.
