This company is the BEST. My comparator burned out on my well. I called 77, and the price was good, but the service and information that Shelley gave me was the best she took time to explain why it happened and what to do to prevent it from happening again. I Don't Understand. I called to get more info on getting well dug. We needed financing and the lady told me she didn't finance anything. Maybe its because I sound like a black guy.because the web site shows that they do well and septic financing.smh racism live and well at 777 Water Well
We had 77 Water Well come out because our water was sputtering. The ladies immediately knew what to replace and went to work. They were very reasonably priced and replaced the components that were required and didn’t try to sell us large components. They gave us recommendations of small old parts that we could cheaply replace while we were there. They were so knowledgeable about all things Wells! We now know the signs of a failing pump or tank, as well as estimated pricing so when they fail, we know just who to call!
Caroline & Shelley were awesome. I gave them a call in the morning for a quote and by the afternoon they were here and installed the new pressure tank and electronics and went over the system with me. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Great customer service and price all around. Thanks again yall!
