The nurse practitioner was nice and helpful, however, the technicians were very unprofessional. I was in a waiting room with the door closed and could still hear the loud rap music they were preoccupied with. They had to talk about their private gossip even louder. I was not impressed at all.

Best and quickest COVID testing. They have rapid, PCR and antibody. Be sure to schedule your visit ahead as they don't accept walk-ins for COVID testing.

I would not use them. I had 3 coworkers randomly choose places for their Covid tests and not a single one had to pay a thing and none were charged a $350.00 office fee that my insurance did not pickup, nor did they tell me about this office fee when I inquired about the cost of a Covid test.

It surely would have been nice to be informed of this when inquiring about costs.

Oh they will tell you what a Covid test runs but do they share the cost of what the office visit is? Nope.

I asked as soon as I walked in if it would be a long wait. The woman working said it would “absolutely be no more than 25-30 minutes. ” I signed in. FIFTY MINUTES LATER they called me over for my copay and said they were just then checking me in. After waiting an additional fifteen minutes, I had to give up. I’ve had a migraine for four days. I could have checked in and gotten in elsewhere. I could have checked in to an urgent care near my job and used the commute as my wait time. I went there because they were the first to open, which is precisely useless when they wait FIFTY MINUTES to check you in. I won’t go back. You shouldn’t either.

I messaged on a friday trying to get an appointment for covid-19 testing and they responded right away and said they were double booked until the flowing Thursday and wanted to know if that worked for me. I told them i really needed it before 2 pm monday because i needed to work and could not go back to work until i got a negative test result. Instead of just telling me NO they were super nice and apologized for the inconvenience and explained that they were just extremely busy but that they could squeeze me in in monday at 11 am. That worked perfect and would allow me to work as long as the test was negative, and i am so thankful that they were able to find a way to get me in so i could go to work! Thank you!

I would highly recommend going here for rapid COVID tests. They got back with me quickly when everywhere else I called wasn’t even taking calls or online appointments. They assured me we would get in the same week I called. I shared with them that I was a high risk patient due to cancer and they immediately moved us up to a same day appointment. Bravo to them for this kind of service and heart for their patients. They truly care!

I went through Instagram to book a COVID-19 test, as we were informed that we had recently been exposed. The person that manages this desk was super quick, honest about expectations/available appointments and understanding of our obvious panic. This seems like the most efficiently run test site that we have thus far located.
