Second time my rice was hard, dry and clumpy and was frustrating to eat. And fries had a bit too much sodium, ima give this place one more try.

Simple menu, but good food.a bit salty though. Clean and inviting environment. The staff could use more customer service training

It was ok. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because I love seafood. However, the garlic was to light and wasn't worth it. Sorry

Where do I begin? Decadent Crab & Crawfish on steroids. You will leave a Buttery, Spicy Mess. Never had sweet potato fries crispy like theirs. Obsessive

The food is always hot and cooked to order. The front counter is hit or miss with friendly faces but the back is on point.

Cashiers are rude af, very unprofessional. I suggest they have someone older in the evenings & not just a bunch of high school kids.

Their fried rice alone is bomb! Without any extra meats added it is well seasoned and the place is very nice and clean and their employees are very nice! They have my business!

I love their gumbo I mix sausage and shrimp. The first place I found in Houston after moving here that is actually good.

Please dont waste your time or money going to this location. I used to get crab legs once a month at this location but things have changed so much in the last two months. On my last visit I recieved a bag of water and soggy crabs and this was after waiting 30 minutes for my order, and they charged for butter and the seven spice season. They lost a repeat customer.

Boiled shrimp and fried chicken tenders are amazing.always a hit when we have ppl over. The creamed corn is great. Don't get the catfish, fried shrimp, or rice.not that great.

It not worth the price to me.the fish its not really catfish the only thing I liked there was the shrimp and chicken rice and the fried shrimp

They have never disappointed me. They are way better than some of the other 7Spice in the area.

Was served tilapia instead of catfish! Upon telling the cashier, she informed me that that was catfish! Well I won't be returning here again, Thank you! She never asked if there was anything they could do! Manager never appeared! I was not seeking a refund as I was thinking that if they served tilapia instead of catfish and no one else was in the restaurant, no telling what they do after I complained! Waste of time & money. I pray that your visit is better than mine.

I wanted to try this place for the first time so I placed my order online for a couple of us. When the order was picked up half the order was missing. I was bummed out because I didn’t get to eat. I called the place and all the lady said that they messed up and that was it. I’ll never order from them ever.

Best blackened tilapia I've ever had. The flavor was incredible to the palette. I've become a regular.

The manager is antisocial because he does his job right and consistently. Consistency is key! Keep up the good work manager!

We dined in and received our food very fast! I had the catfish and my husband had the crawfish and shrimp and oh lord! Everything was amazing! The side of corn and gumbo were way better than expected. This food tastes like home cooked food not restraunt quality! Will be coming back.

We love this place! Crawfish have amazing flavor and the kids love the family meal deal. It's BYOB!

Today my sister and I went to this location between the hours of 11: 30 am and 12: 00pm and from the door the service was horrible. The guy at the register wasn't very welcoming. We noticed open ranch container where no one was wearing gloves or a hair net. The manager on shift was very antisocial. We ordered and our food was cold. We asked if we could get a warmer side it was done but no one apologized and the food was still cold. I asked the cashier if I could get a refund. He asked why, I stated " the service is bad, bad sanitation and poor temperature of food. " He then replied " go talk to her but she not rude. " I asked him not to argue with a customer and he rolled his eyes. We did receive a refund. We'll NEVER visit this store again.
