This is the place to go if you love your babies. I had to euthanize my 13 yr old chihuahua recently. The vet saw her on a Friday and prescribed medicine, and scheduled a follow up for Monday, but her heart was just worn out. I brought her back the next morning to find that the vet had alerted staff that might be coming back sooner, and they were ready. It was very comforting to know how much they cared, and it made her last couple of days more bearable. I brought my new mini-schnauzer in as soon as I got him, and he'll always go to 82nd street!

It was our first visit here. Our first time being a dog owner, we were nervous about where to take our puppy. We got there & from the moment we walked in they made us feel so comfortable & let us know everything that was being done & super Informative! We know our puppy is in good hands.

My fur babies are always treated with love and receive the best care ever. I will never go to a different vet. The docs are the best I've ever taken my babies to, and all the staff are always great!

I would highly recommend anyone bring their pup to 82nd street. They treated my toy Aussie with care and compassion. They did their best to make sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. The waiting area is nice as are the exam rooms. There is a great group of folks working here!

82nd st vet is amazing! They go above and beyond for our fur babies I would recommend them a thousand times they are so kind and it really shows they love and care for our babies.

Absolutely the best vet in Lubbock. They have enough patients so that they're not trying to break your wallet every time you come in. Plus, the vets themselves are both caring and very professional.

Took cat in to get his ears checked. Vet had a dropper bottle of mineral oil. He took a dropper of oil out, put it down in my cats ear to put some oil in my cats’ ear. He then proceeded to put the dropper straight back into the bottle to get more oil for my cats’ other ear. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. There is no telling how many times he has done this or something similar. I don’t know where else that dropper has been. Not to mention the entire bottle of oil is now unsanitary. What if he spreads infection to my cats’ ears? What if my cat has infection that the vet will spread to your pet? It’s a shame I can’t put 0 stars. Will NOT be going back.

All the staff at the clinic are awesome a. Friendly. The vet was very kind an didn't look down on you. Always satisfied when I leave.
