888 Chinese Restaurant, Dickinson TX

We always enjoy going to this Chinese Restaurant but the recent visit was horrible
My wife ordered a chicken plate and wanted chicken well done the waitress said that was possible
When we received the food chicken was not well done and they refused to cook the chicken anymore we them asked if we could switch to a different option they told is no we would have to pay for the meal
Very disappointed

This restaurant is excellent. I eat here frequently and all their food is excellent. Their customer service is as good as their food.

If you want frozen food go here. I explained to them the food wasn't cooked then told them nevermind and proceeded to leave then she yelled at me. So yuck

Their food is delicious, service is fast and friendly. A lot of choices on the menu. Food is very fresh and served hot, even on to-go orders. The best Chinese food I've had in this area. Thank you!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Absolutely awful customer service! I ordered online but after a long day of moving my elderly parents across the county (literally). I typed 1444 instead of 1445 so my address could not be verified. A lady called to check and on the phone to verify so we corrected the address and I gave her the name of the complex. (All good at this point.not a problem.) When I called 30 min later to check status of the order, the first guy told me it was en route but then transferred me to another man that was just the RUDEST PERSON I have ever spoken to. He told me multiple times it was my fault and that they were busy so I cant expect them to update my order when I made a mistake. I asked him multiple times to not speak to me that way and he continued with extreme aggression. I would NEVER recommend this place. Just mean people.

Excellent! From Galveston and we usually shop in League City. We had seen the restaurant and said we would try it next time in town. Well I was not disappointed. Everything was delish. Going to be our spot on Shopping day!

Very good restaurant. The foods are very authentic. The restaurant is beautifully built and has a very modern decoration. My family and me will go back for sure. One more thing which is appreciable is that the restaurant closes at 11 PM whereas others close as early as 9 PM. I would like to see more restaurants closing at 11 PM or midnight, at least the weekend.
I highly recommend this place for people who love good or quality and Sichuan specialties.

CARLA is a phenomenal employee! It has been 4/5 at least since I’ve been able to eat here. Walk in, she not only remembered my exact order with all the specific modification’s! I forgot to order my soup as well…I went to tell her and says it’s already in your bag! SHE REMEMBERED MY OWN ORDER, THAT I FORGOT TO PROPERLY ORDER FOR MYSELF!

The best ASIAN food in the area. Very good TASTE and consistent quality and flavor. The staff are very friendly.
Their Wonton is the best I have ever eaten. Easy in and out.

Best Chinese food in this area hands down. Wait staff was very attentive. I had the spicy chicken soup and was excellent. Wife and daughter had shrimp fried rice, and was excellent as well. I will add that they have the best egg rolls I've ever tasted as well. A must go to spot.

Wonderful place that has tasty traditional Asian dishes with some house specialties. The service was good, food delivery time was average, and the staff was very friendly. This is a place I have gone to a few times and the experience has always been positive.

Food was OK, it was my 1st time here. Ive seen reviews of many individuals about the price increase. The specials range from $11.50 to 12.50, which is on the high side for ordinary Chinese food. The potions given though are descent.

Great Chinese! The fried rice is very flavorful. I always judge a good Chinese restaurant by their eggrolls and theirs are amazing! We will definitely be back! Fortune in Texas City was always our go to place but I believe we just found better and also better quality!

Absolutely enjoyable! Food was excellent. Attentive nice staff. The place was clean and pleasant. Really liked it. I thought with the two golden Foo Dog statues greeting me at the front door it was going to be nice and it was. A bit pricey but worth it. The Chinese restaurants in League and Texas Cities seem to be improvements over what's on Galveston Island with the exception of possibly Tong's Happy Buddha, which I always consider top-notch.

The food is always fresh, plentiful, and flavorful. The menu is extensive and varied and the staff is polite. It’s definitely worth a try!

Went here about 7: 00 on a weekend and it was not super crowded. As far as food goes it was amazing! Great flavor in all of the food! Look forward to coming back!

I just ordered delivery from there I clearly said sweet and sour chicken when I got my bag and open my food I ran outside to get the guy he flees off then I call the woman back she lies say I didn’t order my meal the fried rice tasted old and hard. I’m so Disgusted I wasted my money there

I love the salmon and shrimp fried rice but they used too much grease for the onions this time. It's usually much better. But the staff and being able to watch the Astros win on their TV while I ate made it all better!
