If I can put zero stars I would. I went after work to get some snacks for my kids since it’s summer and tell me why the sign says its closes at 10 pm but yet it was closed by 7: 30pm? Some Hispanic man said he was manager and can close whenever he wants to.sorry but y’all need new management

Worst manager ever. He couldn't be bothered at the register to check anyone out. Myself and two other people ended up walking out because they have no help. Waste

This store is not what it used to be
Not too many items on the shelf
And is really dirty inside and out.

No carts to be founded, and the store could use a face lift. And 2 employees were talking and only one spoke to me.

I like it, it can have some cool things sometimes and has everything you really need! Though some thing's may cost more than 99, IT'S STILL a lot cheaper than it normally is! Shop at the 99!

They have a variety of different products including desk fans which have a USB cord that can be plugged into a USB port on a desktop computer or a laptop or a portable charger instead of a regular cord that can only be plugged into a regular outlet

Very friendly people are you helpful and they ask you if you need any help looking for anything

The staff is very helpful and attentive. And the store is a treasure of low-priced items of almost every type.

Great prices and merchandise. Bargains on popular items. Inventory changes often so act fact on items. There's even food, and a little home decor and fashion.

The best store. Mostly everything is 99cents. I come here almost every other day to get the sales!

Great stuff but be prepaired ti stand in line for a while.never have more the t wo cashiers.ugh.

This store is truly awesome. The value and product are great. So many things to choose from. I will continue to shop at this store for as long as I am in this area.

One of the security guards is a real piece of work. The other employees are friendly and always in a relatively good mood.

Like other 99 cents stores there are good deals to be found here. However, the store itself had a few questionable folks around. The restroom had used shaving blades and hair on the sink. There wasn't any soap or paper towels so I didn't feel clean the whole time I was there.

Very sweet cashier mexican older man. Didn't get his name. But very courteous and sweet. Giving it four stars because they didnt have anything that i was looking for and they usually do. Maybe they need more help cuz the lines are always long. Bathrooms are very dirty.

This was my 1st time in a 99 cents only store.and I was amazed at how clean and well stocked it was. I expected knocked off brands and things you find in the hood stores. (Don't frown at me I'm from the hood). But it has name brands and some surprise items.great staff at this location. I wasn't asked to leave my backpack in front nor was I watched, or followed around.nice store.and I will be shopping there from now on

Love this store. Cashier's are usually very polite however, some customers are extremely rude. I was in line with mydaughter, (there's always lines behind 2 people. I saw chips 5 feet away, so I left cart in line and walked over, still viewing my daughter in clear sight, and grabbed two bags of chips, u was gone for less than 20 seconds yet in that time, this older obese white woman pushed my daughter and cart behind her and cut me in line. Mind you, the two people in front of me still hasn't finished nor had the line moved to where it would warrant the need for the next customer to start checking out. We didn't move, and I was five feet away. Gone for seconds.so I confronted this rude wOman and asked what the heck she was doing touching my cart, with my two year old sorting in it and my purse, and she screamed at me claiming I should step out of line if i was still shopping. I told her to get back behind me, and showed her I was literally in reaching distance of my cart from where the chips were.

She was a miserable and disgusting person and unfortunately, not the worst of vile patrons of this store.

However, I suppose its the norm for discount stores. These type of people with no manners, concept od personal space or decency, always frequent places like this store. So make sure to watch your purse, lock your car, and come fully prepared to finish shopping at the exact moment that the entire store is ready to check out. I swear I'm cursed because when I walk in there's never any lines but like clockwork once. I'm finished, every single line open has 5 people monomum in it.

My other MajOR complaint is their new cart policy. You have to put a quarter in just to use a stupid cart. It's a huge pain in the ass. Especially for parents, because I rarely have cash on me. I really hate this policy and find i asinine and unnecessary. Especially since they usually don't have baskets.if you don't have change
They desperately need to.stop this policy and start respecting customers enough to probide FREE carts. Chasing a two year old around while attempting to carry all my groceries inu hands is enough to make me stop coming here. And if I don't have change, I've just left sometimes and gone elsewhere. This policy is costing them customers and losing them business. I've spoken to many people who cut out shopping here all together because of this.

Aside from. Occasional Creepy customers and rude people, and the ridiculous cart fee, i love this store but they desperately in need to end the cart fee. I love this store.

This was my fave location to shop as they always had so much more than any other location and was still so clean and organized. But I was a little disappointed today, it seems like they've reduced the range if products.
