They close at 8: 42 PM. That's the time my husband and I were walking in when we were rudely told by the man at the registered "Uh uh. SIR. WE'RE CLOSED. " We knew exactly what we needed to get. It would have taken less than a minute to pick up and walk to the register. Maybe he should change his times if he doesn't actually want customers past 8: 40pm. I won't go back.

Great place for your party needs for sure. Last minute or planning ahead, they will have whatever you need. Especially on the fly.

Love the store, has what I need when I go in, small things you will not find at normal dollar stores.

I come here often with myself or parents but this last visit the store cashier or whoever he is thought I was going to make a run with items in my hand which I was going to get a small basket to put my items in and they wonder why customers like me come back or not because they think everyone is going to steal smh

I love this store. The owner is always there and is super friendly and kind.
This store has so much stuff. It amazes me.
If you take a minute and really look around you will find wonderful bargains.
Tips; the beauty isle. There are some high end brands hiding in there and they are discounted big time.
Also, this is hit or miss but when you see shirts go check them out. They have name brand shirts going foe $2 to $3. Can't beat that.

They charged me 9 items for $1.69, and I only had 6. I went back (because this wasn’t the first time and I was still in parking lot when I double checked) this was ON PURPOSE although the owner states it was by mistake, he will claim it’s the new digital screen which he “does not like” and that the 6 and the 9 are next to each other ‍- why didn’t he under charge me since the 3 is just above the the 6 as well.
It’s been 4 days and the credit back to my bank HAS STILL NOT POSTED It’s not even about the $5.00 but why burn yourself like this.

On the other hand store does have MANY items JUST DO YOUR MATH PRIOR TO GETTING TO THE REGISTER OR THEY WILL DO IT FOR YOU INCORRECTLY TO THEIR FAVOR.

Manager was rude to me asked to nexts time come in the the right change when I only one bill and was told I can't use my card

Watch your charges on your receipt. I walked in and bought one pack of batteries. The girl rang up 2 packs. They were only $1.49 but I did not notice until I got home. Not sure if they are adding a small item and pcketing the money or if it was an honest mistake but I won't go back.

They have everything you could imagine. And the man that checked me out was super nice.
Lots of craft items

Is a dollar store but you know now on days nothing cost a dollar any more but this guy have a good a stuf assortment you will like it.

You can get all kind of really cute bathroom decorations and kitchen decorations for very reasonable prices. You go to Ross or any other store like that and they are selling these little items for twice as much. I also enjoyed talking to the gentleman at the cash register he is so nice.

Not a fan of this store. The name still comes up 99 cent Only.first thing I saw was $6.49. Annoys me.

Aisles filled with ton of goodies; however, things are not easy to find. A bit disorganized.

Picked up an order of balloons for a bday party and they were great! Had them ready to go and I was in and out in 1 min flat for the pickup.

Buyer beware. Purchased a foil big # balloon and had helium put in, by the time we got to our vehicle we noticed the balloon had a hole in it. Not a problem went back they replaced the balloon and put helium again. My daughters professional birthday pictures were in League City by the time we got there the balloon was deflated. I was livid. They would not give us a refund even WITH the receipt. Then comes my daughters birthday party the next week I figured their balloons must be low quality so this time I purchased several balloons from party city and just had this place blow them up. They lasted not even an hour by the time we got to the party in Webster ALL the balloons were deflated. My husband and I were so embarrassed. Upset I spent money there not just on balloons but several decorations. I will never go there again and advise my friends and family to never go there. Five Below has several of the same decorations for the same price.
