DO NOT sign up for even the month to month. They continue to charge me after canceling. I had my bank block them and somehow they are still charging. I have proof I canceled 30 days before.which is a RIDICULOUS policy btw. After pulling teeth to get someone to help I was refunded for 1 month but will have to start fighting again today to get the 2nd month refunded. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is what it has come to.

UPDATE: I will remove my review If I am wrong. But I walk in the establishment to meet the coaches. They give me a 7 day free trial. I decide to come and use that trial in 2 weeks instead of immediate after because I simply dont have time before that. I show up 2 weeks later and they make a fuss. Am I really wrong here? Please post on the review section. Also, as far as I understand there is no expire dates of when you can start your trial. I am truly blown away by this. BTW guys check out the response to my post. Check out the comments to this thread. They have so much sass. I feel they are unhappy with their job tbh

Cant speak for the other locations, but the coaches working at this memorial location are very hard to work with. I was giving a coupon that gave me a few complimentary classes. I showed up two weeks later to take them and I was wrongly accused of taking advantage of the system. For some odd reason the coach thought I had come during the two weeks in between which is not true. When I explained to him he kept accusing me and he became aggressive in his tone. Never again. Warning to future trainees. They literally just want your money.

Bad experience with this location management. I really don't recommend. I was lured into a 6 month contract. I told the coach I wanted month to month because we were planning on getting pregnant and that as soon as it happens I'll need to stop. He told me to do the 6 months contract because I could freeze it for as long as I need. When it was time to freeze my membership, I was told that there was a $20 monthly fee, that's $200 for 10 months and they wouldn't cancel the contract like other gyms do when you provide a doctor's note.
Worst thing is that when I tried freeze my account, they claimed not to have received my email and were harassing me to pay past due fees. I had to resend them copies of the email to prove I had sent it. I know Covid has been hard on small businesses but don't push away your members with such bad customer sercice.

Great experience at this gym. I have learned a lot of great techniques and lost about 20 pounds in the process thus far. Highly recommended.

DO NOT JOIN. Terrible business. Gave me the run around for a month on cancelling. Guy that works in the gym says I need to call a number because he can't cancel memberships, only enroll. Phone number is busy every time I call. Of course they're ready to communicate when I had to call my credit card company to block the last $100 payment which they tried to add insane fees to.

My 9Round workouts feel like time with a private trainer, they’re quick and mega effective, and I don’t have to adhere to a set schedule. It’s the best for my busy and unpredictable schedule as a tech company director and mom!

My daughter works out here. She absolutely loves it! All the trainers are very good. The facility is clean, and the trainers are knowledgeable and professional.

It is clearly evident here that they care much more about you wiping your credit card than they do your health goals. The turnover rate is quite with both staff and consumers so the only way to keep a steady flow of income is by continuously getting people to sign up. Also, if you are looking to train in boxing or kickboxing I would recommend an official kickboxing or boxing gym in the area. The price is comparable and you actually get good at your craft. Here is more of a quick workout.

Great gym for anybody, regardless of your goals. Want to build muscle, lose fast, increase endurance? This place has you covered! The trainers are very personable

Fantastic. Clean. Motivating. The trainers not only make sure you have the best workout, but are constantly following through cleaning and making sure every person is having a safe, healthy, and hard workout. I highly recommend this location, the trainers, and this workout. The owners are in constant communication letting you know the latest news.

Don't waste your time or money. I walked in ready for a consultation, when I needed to change they had no lockers, only 1 bathroom from the looks of it, which looked pretty gross. They advertise 1 on 1 training, but when I walked in there's like 6 people aimlessly kicking a bag or something while the only instructor was talking to someone else and shouting out exercises. Might be worth it if it was 50-60$ a month, but 140$? Out of the question.

Had so much fun while working out. Great staff - the owner Pete, is informative. I would definitely recommend this location. I really wanted to join but I am closer to Sugarland location. Kickboxing high intensity gym w/ personal trainers included in membership

If I could give these crooks a zero I would. They will be reported to the BBB as well. My high school sister signed up for a month to month membership. After a few months when she was going away for college she requested to cancel. They asked that she fills out an online form.which she did. They confirmed that she has a month to month membership and asked that she mails in a certified letter which she also did. Now we are receiving calls from a collection agency requesting well over $500 in monthly membership fees since February 2019! We have screen shots of all emails and correspondence requesting to cancel but never let us leave. They are a bottom feeder that kept withdrawing from our credit card until we placed a stop through our bank. Then they moved us to collection. Stay away!

Flor is an amazing trainer. She is very knowledgeable and kind and not intimidating. She has helped me become so much stronger and inspired me to be a lifetime boxer. I really enjoy my sessions here. Christine M

Was very hesitant on joining but did first class free trial and very much enjoyed it and for sure sweated! The ability to go whenever during the time of day is great! Trainers help to accommodate what your goals are and work out every part of the body!

I love being a member of this gym! The trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging. Workouts are definitely challenging, but extremely rewarding.
