Always come in for a service and maintenance. Price is very reasonable. The staff are very professional. I highly recommend this shop!

Horrible people, take too long to repair a car. Owners of this place is a joke. Only reason this place has over 2 star review is they ask the customers to rate them. Also all the people that give 5 star rating are thier friends and family. Look at the reviews, either they are Korean or Chinese. Even their friends don’t give him 5 star cause they screw then over. Shady stuff going on. You know what’s funny. A kid name Austin works there as well. Why would you rate your own shop twice. ‍️

Had a small accident that ended up putting a giant dent in the two doors on the right side of my car. My car door handle wouldn't even open. I took my car to A1 and they helped me through the whole insurance process and told me exactly what I needed to get fixed and how much it would all cost. They were very friendly and my car looked brand new when they were done. Extremely good service, kind employees, & reliable work. 10/10 would recommend.

Most people panic and don’t know what to do when they get into an accident. When I got rear ended I called this body shop and they came within 10 minutes and took care of everything from there. They fixed my car so well I couldn’t tell the difference. I thought I would have a big headache talking with the insurance but they took care of everything which was very convenient for me! Great service and excellent work performance.

I went there a few times to get my oil change since my gym is right next door. Wanted to get a quote on replacing the tensioner on my car so I decided to stop in one day. They wanted $300 for labor and $220 for the tensioner. I thought that was completely ridiculous since I've already done research online. I decided to buy the OEM part on Amazon for $200 and take it to my mechanic. He only charge me $80 for labor and it took him 30 min to replace.

OMG PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE,
I support local business espcially if they are the same culter as I am Korean. HOWEVER i was soooo wrong and regret letting A1 fix my car. My car was in the shop for over 7-8 weeks, i had to pay additional rental out of pocket since they did not want to pay. Also it has been only 3 months since i picked it up and my car is falling apart, paint is peeling and bolts were missing. I had to get it towed to another shop cause my bumper fall apart while driving on i 10. I called them to complain, however they did not want to help at all and kept blaming it was probably my fault and there is no warranty and that i would have to pay. The shop i took it too showed me all the issue i had.
The worst part is, insurance had paid for everything to get replaced, but upon inspection, all parts had body filler and some kind of glue all of the place. I even reached out to the insurance company to file a complaint.

I recently got into an really bad car accident. I got my car fixed. The staff were really friendly who were Austin Jeff and Scott. They walked we me through the procedure and it was very professional of them how they walked me through. I highly recommand!

My car had been having issues so I looked for the nearest shop around me which was a1 auto group. They had my car towed very quickly as i barely had to wait. My car, infiniti g35 had a waterpump issue and bunch of other oil leaking. The staff walked me through with all the pricing very thorougly and did a price differntiating with the dealer. I was so shocked how much cheaper they were compared to the Nissan dealership! The staff that took care of me was named Jeff and Scott and they were very patient and friendly with me. Ever since i got my car fixed there its been running with no problems! Im definitely going to come to this shop if theres any problem with my car in the future!
