A 1 Cleaners, Houston TX

Brought 2 coats in. One was not ready by the pick up date which was a huge inconvenience since i had to catch a flight outta town the day. Needed that coat for the cold weather. Gentleman that checked me out said he would discuss a discount when i came back. Got back from out of town just to pay full price for my other coat because "the manager was not there". Was very disappointed, especially as a first time customer.

Expensive but worth it. Can get some serious strains out days after…. Plus same day service is very convenient.

Had a small tailoring job that the seamstress did an awful job. Had to have it redone. Hope it’s done properly when I again pick it up. It was done to my liking when I returned.

Prompt drop-off and pickup, clothes look great, and they even assisted me with getting it all into my car, since it was a larger order. Will happily return for future services

I haven't the slightest idea what her name is but she seems happy to see me when I come in.
If it's for dry cleaning, hemline, hemming my scrubs or anything I need she's always sweet.

The two ladies working at this shop are the most kind and generous employees I’ve ever met. I had an accident with my dress at work, and I was just coming in to ask for safety pins, and one of them just kindly offered to slightly hem it for me that way at least it would hold for the rest of the day. Trust me kindness never goes unappreciated. I made sure to stop by the shop once more after work to give them a tiny token of appreciation and instead met their boss whom I gave my congrats to for having such exceptional employees!

I took my bridesmaid dress to get it cleaned and ironed a week or so before the wedding without trying it on with heels (yes, not a good idea). They did a great job in cleaning and ironing. Come to find out, my bridesmaid dress was too long (another bridesmaid warned me same day I got it cleaned). I took the dress home from A1 Cleaners and sure enough, it was too long! Ladies - try on the dress with heels to make sure it doesn't need any alterations and don't wait last minute! Anyways, this was on a Monday and I didn't know A1 Cleaners does alterations until a friend recommended it. I called A1 Cleaners back to see if they could do a quick alteration. They were so kind to accept me quickly back, the owner took the measurements of what needed to be altered. The next day, Tuesday, I picked it up before 5 PM. I tried it on there and it was perfect! Way to go A1 Cleaners for your great service, good quality alteration, and positive spirit! Keep it up:) Will recommend to many people!

I’ve been looking for a good dry cleaner in the area for years, and I’ve finally found it! Great service, did exactly what I asked (which is harder to find than you’d think), and easy to deal with. Took in some silk items with stains and they were completely removed. Will definitely be going back with other items!

Ali is a miracle worker! My daughter had a fabulous time at her wedding and later in the evening spilled an entire glass of red wine down the front of her dress! After a night of dancing the hem of her dress was also heavily soiled. Ali cleaned her dress and it looks brand new, like nothing ever happened! He also cleaned and preserved my other daughter’s wedding dress 2 years ago. He does an absolutely amazing job! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much!

After my experience, I received a call back from Sohail who explained the reason for the additional costs and also provided a $10 credit to my account for further use. I appreciate the gesture and would like to go back to them for their services

The owner did a great job addressing an issue I had. He called me and walked me through the reason, which made things clear for me. A1 provides great customer service, and they do a great job.

Thought I would try this place because it is close to home. They charged me almost $20 per dress and these were just simple summer dresses. I was in shock and have never paid so much for my dry cleaning per piece. When I expressed my concern about the price, they didn’t care! Locations like this that have clothes cleaned offsite pass on their expensive overhead to clients. Shameful…I won’t be back!
