I called around to get prices to come check out my spa. I was told many different causes for the problem I had up to costing a few hundred dollars. A-1 told me over the phone what was wrong with it and they didn't want to have to charge me to come out for something that was a quick fix. A 7 dollar fuse from the hardware store. Thanks A-1. I will recommend highly!
Honest people!

I personally did not receive service from them however our property management did. Today we made our way to our community pool there were a couple people sitting at the tables and one of your pool guys cleaning the pool, no big deal We take our time walk in sit down guy looks at me I smile no response. We sit put on sunblock sit around a minute he looks to be finishing I put my sons Floatie on. Guy cleans up walks out two kids fully dressed walk near the pool he says something to them I am hard at hearing didn't hear but someone said it sounded like "the pool is closed" again I have been told nothing guy just looked at me but talked to these kids not even in the pool area. He leaves. I go to our office to ask indeed the pool will be closed for a hour and a half. This employee of theirs allowed us to get completely ready to swim and said not one word or show any acknowledgment towards us getting ready to swim however spoke to fully clothed kids who were not going to swim. Very unprofessional very rude and could have stopped a melt down from my autistic son if he had told us as We walked in or before floaties were put on. Maybe just maybe he should have spoke up or told any of us that were actually in the pool area waiting what was going on. Great service ya got there.

I use Pristine Blue in my pool and have been ordering it from Amazon. Then I found this place and I am so glad I did. Cheaper than Amazon, but you can talk to a real person about your pool. They test my water every two weeks and that is sure easier for me. They are great and so is Pristine Blue!

Charlotte is awesome but the owners are VERY rude. There are way to many pool supply stores in Tyler to be talked to so rudely.
