A-1 Rent All - Jacksonville

I've been using A1 for a couple of years now and they're always super helpful. Brian at the front desk make sure you're well taken care of.

Rented a towable lift to take down and trim up some trees. They have comparable rates and the sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. While this wasn't my first rental of such a unit, the staff performed a thorough walk thru of the operational aspects and said don't hesitate to call should I have any questions once on site. Would definitely utilize them again for future rental needs.

Did not open at 8 am as listed on it's business hours.

Waited till 8: 30 am still no show.at 12 noon store was still not open.

They can kiss all our business good by.we don't like to deal with a business you can not count on.

Seems shady to us, and 100 non professional.

We would give it a below zero, if possible.

I was belittled and talked down to when inquiring on how to utilize some of their equipment. The gentleman at the counter had no respect towards me or my desire to handle their equipment appropriately. I do not believe this business will ever change their views on ALL customer value. Never again will I seek out their services, regardless of how much further I may have to travel to find the equipment I need to do a job.

The help was rude laughed at me when I came in late because I had he had to pay me extra fee very unprofessional place very dissatisfied poor service

Bryon and Joey are stellar. They treated my wife with the upmost respect and had what I was needing and ready to go upon pick up. Thank y'all for the best customer service. I truly thank you both for taking care of us.
