A-AAAKey Mini Storage, San Antonio TX

I found myself needing a place to keep a big bedrooms worth of stuff in for an undetermined amount of time. I wanted somewhere nearby that would be safe, convenient and affordable. This A-AAAKey Mini Storage checks all my boxes. To top it off, the manager Dawn is so helpful and friendly. She made sure I have everything I need to keep my loved ones belongings secure until they're ready to move them. Dawn recommended a 10'x10' unit for our needs and she was spot on. We only have two more pieces of furniture to haul over there and they will fit easily with a little room to spare. I like that the facility is gated with video surveillance to protect us and our belongings. The unit itself is clean and efficient. The hours are great, I only wish we had access on Sundays as well. Overall, I'm very pleased with the value I'm receiving for my money and would highly recommend A-AAAKey.

I've had a storage here for a year and staff has always been polite, approachable and experienced. Professionals in their profession. Knowledgeable and expedite. I have moved out as of today but if i ever need to return i would without hesitation. I will be recommending them as well to all of my family and friends.

So far so good very nice people always offering water always patrolling the grounds makes me feel safe knowing my things are there.

Julian was a wonderful kind person to work with. He was very clear with all the information, pleasing person to work with. I enjoyed the interaction. When you need to rent a storage place you will love the service and the staff.

She did such a great job in educating me on the different storage sizes and gave me so much information to help me decide the size I needed. I want to write a review about the excellent customer service I received from Julian and Dawn. Great prices and outstanding service.

I have to take the time to say that Dawn, the associate who assisted me today, was very respectful, attentive, and kind. My lock broke as I was attempting to open my unit. I was lucky that it broke once I got it off. I didn’t want to leave my unit without it being locked, so I figured maybe by chance that the office would have a lock to purchase. I was skeptical about getting an answer on the phone as I have experienced a long time ago where nobody would answer or no one was at the office for a long period of time. This wasn’t the case. I was able to walk over and purchase what I needed. As I mentioned earlier about Dawn, she was able to assist me all while being professional and definitely a people person. Her personality just made me feel like my decision in being here as a client is a great decision. It’s rare to find someone who works at a storage facility with a positive attitude. I definitely recommend utilizing this storage facility.

Julian has great customer service. He answered all my questions. When we are ready we will be back.
