Called to help a lady who was locked out of her car in 102 degree heat. They answered the phone right away and were there very quickly. Great service!

I spoke with someone today at 3 pm and I'm still waiting! I kept calling to see what happened if they got lost or whatever the problem was, no answer, no response! Then I get a call from the front of the building that said the locksmith was outside from another person that saw them. I didn't receive a call stating that they were outside and they left! Very unprofessional and rude! I do not recommend.
