A Beautiful Smile at Lake Pointe: Lance Jue, DDS, Missouri City TX

Lance Jue is an UNETHICAL AND INCOMPETENT. THIEVES.

Spent over $20,000 to get top and bottom veneers. Lance Jue is completely incapable of doing proper dentistry. He ruined my natural teeth and glued on botched and unusable veneers. He overcharged me for the veneers and for services never delivered, and is unwilling to provide even a partial refund for his major mistakes.

His dishonest staff told me the entire process would take 3 weeks- it took over 9 months and the veneers are still far from acceptable.

Make sure you have time and resources to spend on an attorney because they don't refund. Making sure to get every penny and then some back from this fraud in court. I've reported him for malpractice as well and hope he never wrecks another client like me.

Some of the issues:
The assistant Christina chipped teeth when removing temporaries and never fixed the issue
Throbbing pain in upper and bottom teeth, for over a year now. YES, A YEAR
Irreparable damage from wearing temporaries so many times and for 4 weeks the most recent time, and for over several months during the exhausting course of this
Chipped bottom tooth when placing temps and never fixed
4 bottom teeth do not fit the two next to it, much too big and high like I said when they were placed
Horrifying experience most recently
Over 10 visits and 9 months long
Several gaps between teeth creating breeding ground for bacteria and widening gaps
Color is yellow not white
Both shape and color are not aesthetically acceptable
Need to redo upper and bottom set to have cohesion with color and shape
Having to wear temps for 4 weeks and not confirming when new set was arriving
Cement holes and discoloration on all bottom teeth
Retainer doesn't fit and is painful to wear

I've been in constant pain since December 2018. This entire practice needs to be investigated and not allowed to see patients
