One star only because I had to mark a star.
The staff there is very friendly. The two ladies that work in the office make it an easy process to get bonded out. They are also willing to work with you to the best of their abilities as long as you do what you say your gonna do.
They are great for anything but online the hours an location is wrong its not 24hrs in plano
Payed the everything even called to make sure twice that we didn’t owed them anymore and months later said we didn’t finish paying them and this location was never opened always had to wait for them
Terrible service. Spoke with someone and they never called back. When I called them, no answer even though they are supposed to be 24 hours. Called another location and they kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes. I dint know how anyone gets out of jail in Collin County.
