Great programs for members, like their “Holiday Loan” and now they are offering a Holiday “Storm” Loan to help members having a hard time due to the current storms we have had. I believe the max amount is $1500.

Too many fees. Convenience fees is the most disgusting business practice a financial institution can have. Terrible place. Would go borrow money from a loan shark before doing business with them again

Let’s just say I was having the worst possible day ever Friday to where I was ready to fall down and cry by 10 am, Brandon was BEYOND AMAZING! Super sweet & a respectful person. All the staff is amazing but Brandon went above and beyond for me just with simply giving kindness. We need more people like Brandon in this world ️ Bless his soul.

When I opened an account with A+ in 2013, everything used to go so smooth. A+ used to be a part of the credit union program where you could use other credit union’s atms and branches with no fees. A few years later, A+ left the program. You can still withdraw from certain credit union atms without a fee but other credit unions will not accept deposits. Making it difficult to add cash and check funds to your account if you do not live or commute nearby an A+ branch. A+ does have a mobile app where you can snap a picture of your check and deposit it. However, sometimes the system puts a hold on your check for up to five days. Making it a hassle to pay your bills. Customer service wise, I have never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been nice and helpful.

The ATM machine is way too often out of order and/or not accepting deposits. There aren't many branches aroind as it is so it really sucks having to go out of your way in another direction after already going out of your way to get here.

I couldn’t imagine having an account at A+ when they don’t open until noon and they don’t answer the phones till afternoon terrible customer service how sad I think Theo to get up to speed with other credit unions and maybe find a way to service the customers

Drive thru atm ALWAYS has something wrong with it. Either with the cash deposit or the dispenser is always low!

The most incompetent banking institution around. I've been here for over 15 years, however the past year has been terrible! No one knows what they're talking about and you will have to go to the actual bank 6 different times and call 4 different people before anything actually happens. From mortgage, to closing a 6 month certificate, to taking over 6 months to get a halfway usable debit card, a nightmare for everything. Do not bother, go somewhere else!

This place let someone make an " authorized" transaction with my account without my consent, and im not getting refunded, and i was called a lier by a lady by the name of Debra/Debbie.
Why would i need to purchase a hotel in my city while im at work throughout this whole scandal? A+Fereral Credit union sucks. Dont let this place hold your money.

They will lock up your money, forcing you to go elsewhere and rack up service charges for accessing your money.

Opened an account with my mom. The underpaid employee clicked on where it said that we wanted a debit card and that a debit card was given to us. Had to return to the bank to get an explanation after reading the paper work AND to then actually get the card. Shady. Closing that account soon. Now have other matters under investigation under an existing account. Otherwise I was too busy working to notice things, I guess. The one employee I trusted has since left.

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER! THERE IS ALWAYS TOO LONG OF A ESIT, there is always something going on some excuse for why they can't offer me excellent customer service respect and a timely try transaction I've had to call the CEO more than once and what they told me that couldn't be done was an issue until I contact the CEO they made it happen all of a sudden. I have referred many people there regardless of receiving a referral credit or not more often I didn't request one then getting one but I recently referred someone for a business account and instead of telling them that they didn't know the qualifications are the process and getting someone who did they try to tell my referral that he didn't have the necessary documents let me explain that I am a paralegal and a former registered agent so I am quite aware of what is required and we have businesses with other institutions so we are all too familiar with the requirements and the process I wanted to introduce them to this credit union for specific reasons and because ideally I believe in their support for you and teachers. I believe that people invest in what they believe in and as consumers we have the right to choose who we do business with so if we choose your company your agency regardless of the neat you should feel privileged and honored to serve us after all that word-of-mouth is the greatest tool of marketing etc.etc.etc.and I hate to complain but these are the facts! Please excuse my typos I am using the voice recorder to text through my Bluetooth because I am now driving from the branch

This place is a joke (Stassney location is my regular banking location)! They have so much to fix. First off there ATM's are crap never ever do they work more than a week. Forget about using them for cash deposits they take your money or are broken for that feature. I'm not talking about a one time thing every week without fail i cannot do a late night deposit at the ATM. I complain it gets fixed. 2 days latter broken again. I Can't count the number of times I have had to drive out of my way middle of the night to the William cannon location to make a deposit. But the icing on the cake now was after finding the ATM at Stassney out of order again! I drove to the William cannon location that said "OPEN" above the ATM line and by all the ATM's readouts it was working only to put my cash into the ATM when it locks itself tells me "transaction cancelled"! And KEPT MY MONEY! This was Saturday night and I still can't get hold of any one for an emergency. Ok I realize that no they could not fix it on a Saturday night but really there isn't even a way just to report it! TERRIBLE customer service! So I will update this Monday if they ever open when I can finally report my stolen (by there ATM) money and how long this will take to resolve? We all know they won't just walk out there and fix this. They will have to review all transactions electronically, review the film, and then send out a armored truck to do a count on money to see if it's over! Can't say it enough I HATE THIS BANK! FIX YOUR ATM'S. I HATE THIS BANK wish i had never started here.

HORRIBLE!
Their website stated that they opened at 7: 30 but when I walked there, they were closed. So I waited outside. Then some lady that had been sitting in her car, drives up to me and tells me that I cannot be on their property and that I can wait at the bus stop. Seriously? What kind of crap is that!? I wouldn't even join this credit union if there was another one that was walking distance. I only waited there because it was pointless to walk all the way home and then all the way back.

Once I got in, David O.informed me of why that happened to me. He was very nice and it made me feel better (:

I actually really like this location, have never had any problems at all, and staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Surprised by all the crappy reviews. People often only bother to give a review when they've had a problem.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. VERY poor customer service and Ridiculous long waits on the phone. Hung up on several times by the automated system, forcing me to listen to the options yet again. When I finally talk to a real person they can't help me because I don't know the answers to security questions I was NEVER asked to give answers for when setting up the account. Only option is to go in and wait to talk to someone. I will go in and change accounts when I do!
