16 Absolutely the worst mortgage loan experience I’ve ever had. Nobody answers the phone! Nobody knows what the process is to get an insurance check endorsed AND they want you to sign it before you sent it to them. SMH Now I’m being told that they don’t have my check that was sent two weeks ago and was confirmed to be delivered a over a week ago by tracking number. Who the hell is working in this place? Please do me a huge favor and sell my mortgage to someone else. ASAP

We have been members at A+ since the late 1980’s and have been so satisfied. Transaction today once again proved it! Teller was sweet and interactive! Thank you!
My son did a literacy camp here and the facilities are beautiful. They seem have a lot of customers but lines seem to move well. I did make a deposit and the teller was nice and courteous.
Whether I utilize the drive-through or go into the lobby my interactions with the Tellers are always pleasant. They smile and eager to assist in any way possible.
A+ bank representative Michael Demaria has been very difficult to communicate with regarding a fraudulent charge with MacDaddys restaurant in Port Aransas TX. I've notified them of being overcharged and they want me to prove it? I don't have a receipt for the 2nd charge for one since I never ordered it. I've also told them that Chris, one of the owners even stated to me, when I called, "that he had other complaints regarding the same issue"! I'm on my 4th email with this bank and it's been over a week since I was charged for some one else order. Seems like you have to save EVERY receipt for this bank to believe you even after the owner himself says there's an issue at the restaurant. Take heed with this bank.

I lost my debit card and had to go into the Cedar Park branch to get a new one. Left the branch and tried to use my card and it didn’t work. Was told by the corp branch to drive back and get a new one. I got a new one and that card didn’t work. So had to go back and again get a new card. The manager was rude and didn’t take responsibility and actually tried to blame corporate instead of owning her mistakes. Worst experience ever and the leadership acted worse than her employees!

I dealt with the teller Alex today and she was very efficient and helpful. I also confered with Alex Garcia about my Wealthscape account and got some wonder information.
I appreciate their customer service cuz they helped you as soon as you get there I am grateful for what they do as it's not easy but I do appreciate their service

The branch manager had me wait 15 minutes bc he had to fill out a form…get this…the check was from a Canadian bank! The A+ branch had accepted earlier checks from the same company. I write for them…i get paid and have deposited checks from the same company! OMG!
It was ridiculous!
