Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They keep passing you on to someone else and they will just hang up on you. I will never do business with these people ever again. Do NOT do business with these people. They have no desire to help you. I changed insurance carriers and A+ did not update their records. Without any prior notifications from them, they sent a late payment of $14 to collections. They wrecked my credit for $14 because they didn't update their system with the new insurance carrier. All they do is tell me to call some other dept.about it and hang up on me. Our payments are directly withdrawn from our checking account too. This company is ridiculous.

I had changed auto insurance companies and there had been a problem informing A+ about the change. I got this straightened out, or so I thought. Allied Insurance, their partner dropped the ball and did not close the books on this matter. I was being charged $17 and some change for non payment. A+ turned me in to collections for this and reported me to the credit bureau. I straightened this matter out once again, so I thought, only to receive another statement of $38 plus change reported to the credit bureau. I was seeing red. For the third time, after I threatened lawyer, the matter was finally put to rest. But, my credit score went down because of their unprofessional business. I wanted to refinance my auto, but was informed A+ was no longer doing refinancing at this time. They told me to feel free to try somewhere else. And where would that be after A+ and my credit score went down because they reported me to the credit bureau for their negligence.

Customer service at the branch is great, the institution is horrible. Despite having decent credit, was constantly denied for a loan each time for something different. Fixed what they said was wrong and guess what? Still not approved, when I joined this "credit" union they would throw all types of lines of credit in my direction. I properly utilized these lines of credit, was never delinquent and had perfect history. While I have found other companies to finance the amount of money that I have asked for. I cant find any reason why my own financial institution is not willing to help me. Then it smacked me like a stack of bricks. THEY DONT CARE. They only want to give you a line of credit to get what little interest they can make off you and charge you for using out of network ATMS. Stay away from this place. They do not care about their members financial well being and operate more as a for profit bank then a non profit credit union and preys of its so called members. The only thing this place is good for is to make money off you while they hold your money.

The bank teller that just "helped" me needs to learn how to speak, smile, and be friendly. Kiaera withdrew my money when I asked for it to be transferred from my CD and had the worst attitude about correcting it. She didn't even ask for clarification or apologize. She didn't say much at all or engage in conversation.

The other bank teller was super friendly but Kiaera just acted like she hated her job. Y'all need to tell her to cheer up or get a new job.

This is not the first interaction I've had with her.

This place is a joke. I have had problems since the beginning and they just got my credit with a late payment despite me telling them 4 days ago I would be making a payment and they said that’s fine. This is the first and only negative impact I have ever had on my credit. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

If I could give NEGATIVE 5 STARS I would. Went to get a car got approved on Monday with no issues 0 down. I purchased the car for my mother and daughter to share. By Friday, they had called me worried about who the car was for. So they had me redo my credit application and include my retired mother who has no income. They tried to force my mom to put me on her insurance as the primary driver. I have my own car and will not be driving this one. Then they wanted me to put down almost half of what the purchase price was. Thankfully the Dealership went with another bank; left all is good. Then my mother and I get letters stating that they could not approve the requested loan and still wanted me to put down 2000 dollars. The letter said I had no mortgage and not enough credit. I have almost excellent credit. I have been in MY house for 15 years and have refinanced several time and have several credit cards. So now they are trying to go around the dealership for us to take a loan. Run don't do business with this bank. By the way dealership went with another bank 0 down again and better interest rate.

Disappointing customer service, faulty website, and charges a fee every month because I have to pay online for my loan since I live 3 hours away from the nearest branch. Not impressed. Would not recommend. In addition, they fraudulently say you missed a payment when you actually paid a month ahead. They have no problem sending you to collections when it is a mistake that THEY made. Plus, they are living in the 1940s with their misogynistic policies. Clearly it is run by a group of good ole' boys. Don't do business with them. You will regret it.

Although the staff is courteous on the phone, in my case they have repeatedly failed me. In an effort to pre-empt a debit to my checking account I paid my loan from a different account and was assured that the debit would not hit my checking account. They failed and pulled a second payment contrary to the assurance I was given. Despite my effort I suffered repeated overdraft charges. When I called to rectify the problem, they failed again and debited my account again, despite several hours on my end to straighten out the problem. When I brought it to their attention, they attempted to blame me saying, I asked them to take another payment. It has been 8 days and their failures have ruined my personal finances. I would advise caution in dealing with their culture of incompetence.

Ok, please read. Before anyone decides to joy A plus. Consider this. A plus it’s not as friendly or professional as you might think. READ THE CONTACT! The policy has fine print that is not explained to you. The most important things. I’m having an issue with my car, may be setting for awhile. A plus will not make an exception on the insurance which is full coverage or comp collision. Why would I want to pay insurance on the car that will be sitting for awhile? Now I left to lose the car because I can’t pay getting the car fix, paying two hundred for insurance, and paying the car. This company to me is a strict. Be careful.

Absolutely THE WORST auto loan experience I have ever had in my 10+ years of vehicle ownership! If you encounter major financial hardship and make it abundantly clear to the collections department of this, they will continue to bully, threaten, and harass you to get you caught up in THEIR timeframe, instead of actually trying to work with you and understand. I’ve heard awful things about their fraud department too. STEER CLEAR unless you want to lose your car because they do not care at all! So much for a decent credit union.
