Don’t ever deal with this bank. You could not get anything from them. Even a copy of a divorce decree doesn’t help. They have to get management to review it before they can give me any information on it. They’ve had the divorce decree for months years going on a couple years now.the bank rep at the location on Whitestone in Cedar Park that I spoke to on the phone was actually nice, however, the way that bank works and the way they handle their customers, etc.is the worst. Do not bank with these people find somebody else.

I wanted to add, I left a copy of my divorce, decree in person, and when I went that day, they gave me all the information I needed to make payment for my account. However, even though I personally gave the decree to David Rodriguez, that’s not good enough. In reading all the other reviews from other customers, there was somebody that commented about nothing getting done unless you are there personally. We don’t have a location where I live in West Texas. So it’s so inconvenient and now I have to wait to get a call from management to give me information on an account that’s belongs to me. I’m going to say it again do not bank at this place. Find somebody else that will help you out when you need it.

I have been with A plus for over 10 tears, had 3 secure loans in good standing, have a business account and no one has tried to personalize my account and reach out to me.
They sent me a offer to set up a loan but there is always that possibility that it may put a ding on my credit and I may not get it.
I feel that Aplus needs to reach out to small businesses better do I may go to a mobile bank like chime.

I've been using this bank for years and it sucks. It takes forever to get people to talk to you. They will cancel my card without telling me. They've canceled checks I've cashed without telling me then charged me for it. And bonus the tellers are super slow. But the thing that sucks the most is that to get them to do anything you have to go there in person.

High rates, low return, bad customer service. Call any other FCU and you will see. Don’t waste your time.

I’m a 30 plus year member and truly love to bank with them. I have never had issues AT ALL prior to this story!

I lost my debit card and went to the Cedar Park branch to get a new. I was really sick needing to pick up a prescription. I received the card and went to pick up the prescription and ironically the card was declined. I called the main office and they told me that the debit card was invalid and I needed to go back to the branch where I got it from and they would issue me a new one. Once I got back they refused to issue me a new one and said the main office should have never made me come back that they had already resolved the issue. I repeatedly ask for a new. They assured me this one would work now. I didn’t believe them so I went to RR donuts to try to use the card. It again was invalid. I went straight back to the branch and told them it didn’t work. I begged them to give me a new one. The branch manager got involved and she said they would give me a new one. We had words and she said that that branch did nothing wrong. I left with my same old card and tried to pick up my prescription and it wouldn’t work again.

Mrs Branch manager that said the main office was not correct in me needing a new card. You were wrong and you are a terrible manager. She defended her branch when they were wrong to begin with and wrong after 3 times trying to get a new card. You should do as the customer ask and the main branch ask. Obviously you don’t know your stuff. Now I’m without the use of my card for the weekend.

Admitting you don’t know what you are doing or owning the fact that you were wrong is more appealing than not knowing what you are doing but thinking you do!

Sincerity and apologies go a long way. You need extensive training on customer satisfaction and customer service!
