When the flowers first arrived, my husband was on FaceTime and noticed they weren’t right, but they made no hesitation in fixing and upgrading them! Omar even came after business hours to make sure they were delivered on my birthday! And everything looks great!
Omar delivered my flowers in a great manner. I was in the middle of a meeting and couldn’t answer the door so he texted me right away and made arrangements with me to leave in a safe place. Beautiful flowers and great customer service!
Ordered flowers to be placed on a gravesite out of state, the delivery driver Omar was kind enough to send a photo to reassure our family that the delivery had made it safely.
