Have had several animals (white tail and hog) processed with this company and have been completely satisfied. I am new to hunting and they answered all of my questions and were very patient with me. To my surprise the turn around was quick and the sausage is delicious. My kids absolutely love the dried sticks and smoked cheese sausage. I personally enjoyed the chorizo and pan sausage options. I will definitely be returning next year.

1/12/2022 BEWARE! UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! $303 charge for a Basic White Tail Deer processing. Includes a $75 charge for skinning. Backstraps, chili meat and ground hamburger. That's it. Rude employee suggested I call competitors for their rates. Which I did since I'm new to this area. So I called near bye, A and A Deer processing and was greeted very professionally and she text a disclosed list of all their charges in minutes. As an experienced hunter of 37 years I'll be on the door step of A and A Deer Processing next season! Good Luck Hunting!

Took 2 deer in to get processed, never received them. Was told that they were given to charity. Never again.

I've brought deer, axis, hog and oryx here for well over 10 years. I love the smell as soon as you walk in. Ive had jerky, smoked, summer and jalapeno & cheese sausages made here. Very friendly people.

Timely work! It smells like a very clean smokehouse when you walk in and owners are very welcoming! Best part.they make a good product and look out for you, the consumer when it comes to food safety.
