Love this place but they always sending me a bill on 25 but they know I get paid on 1st.but I still love yall guys!

I did everything virtually with Christina. It was a life saver since I’m out of town and with a newborn. The whole experience was quick and efficient, not to mention, painless and it was easy on the pocketbook. Glad I made the change, will be recommending to all my friends and family.

There’s very nice people in that location, they work hard, and do there job right. I love the way they work they focus on there job and they treat you right and they are patient with there clients.

The service was not good at all I set up a insurance policy and it’s been 2days going on 3 I called at least 18 times and been put on hold constantly for long periods of time, now they are close again and I have to wait Unk Monday for the Insurance cards or possible later, wish this process was a lot simpler then the 4days it’s taking, I will use company possibly again NEVER THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

Christina got me insured really fast She had my paperwork printed out quickly, I signed and had my insurance cards right away.

She help me so much originally I had gotten Rental Insurance on line December 15.

Today when I came in to pay my rental and vehicle insurance it could be found.
We called Agent in McAllen TX due that they called me the day before to remind me of payment.
Basically she told me they couldn’t give us the information I had to pay over the phone.

Samantha helped me at this location as she saw that I was getting very frustrated.

She gave me great costumer service
Agents like her need to be very appreciated for her work.

I thanked her so much I told her she is AWESOME for calming me down
