6Very helpful and fast with no issues getting me a good quote for my car insurance
I went in to give a payment for my mother on 10/4/23 at about 5: 45 pm and Maria from the La Joya location is extremely rude. It was my first time there and it will definitely be my last.

Very bad customer service rude to clients then get offended if u speak ur mind this so called lady's need a course in customer service will not recommend to anyone
I called and noemi said she would transfer me i requested not to do so because i just needed my insurance documents so she said and i quote "No ill transfer you because they have already spoke to you before" i should be able to be attended despite what store has attended me in the past
