Excellent friendly service. It was super easy to schedule, they arrived promptly and quick to install the thermostat, service the unit and install a UV light. They first inspected the unit and then went over the pricing per item before starting the work, which I appreciated. I highly recommend and will be using them again for any needs in the future.

Overall excellent service. Roy came out the same day I called and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was back early the next day to replace the motor blower and was done in less than an hour. Roy is very professional explained the problem very well and alternatives to fixing the problem

I called A-Plus because I had a particular question about an American Standard air conditioning unit. I simply picked them out of the blue. Ray, the owner, actually was the person who called me back. Not only did he spend about 15 minutes with me on the phone, he answered all of my questions and provided me with extremely valuable information which will help me in the design of my new system. My builder has his own HVAC installation company, but I now know who I am going to use for service once the home is built. As a small business owner myself, Applewhite Dental Arts, I very much appreciate his professionalism and generosity with his time. With the knowledge I gained helped me decide what preventive repairs I should ask him to do. He didn't pressure me to do extra repairs. Ray specd out a replacement for an old problematic ac unit. He offered a fair price on a good product, and I knew he did good work replacing the other unit a few years ago. His team showed up right on time, and wasted no time getting to work. Everything was done carefully (drop cloths, cleanup) and neatly, and quick, too. His guys are top notch and competent, and I know Ray stands behind his work. You can't get the best service for the lowest price, but i believe A-plus delivers the absolute best value and experience.

Ray always returns calls timely. He is patient and explains all needs and recommendations and allows you to make an informed decision based on needs. Have not been disappointed with A+ service or the a/c unit.

Ray truly went above and beyond. I am extremely pleased with both the service provided as well as the integrity of this company.

I ended up having a blown condenser motor fan. Ray gave me advice, diagnosed the issue, and sourced a new fan and blade all at no charge and on his own time after business hours simply because he believes in providing excellent service to the community above all else.

Ultimately, I elected to have Ray go ahead and replace the fan and blade. Ray was ready to install the next day. I can't thank Ray enough for the great job he did. Additionally, the price quoted was more than reasonable, and there was never any attempt to upsell at any time.
