Went in to purchase a dryer & was told the one I was looking at costs $399.00, I was like ok cool. Then she says oh this one is $450.i was like why did it jump up 50 dollars? She's like thats the price. I said you just told me 399 now its 450. This was the worst customer service ever & they are all refurbished machines. They will never get my buisness ever again. This place sucks & the woman working there is a ditz.

The reason. I give them one star they laid to me few times their technician took my washing machine he told me that he will fix it i. Few days but it took month to fix it.
Also the front desk lady is so rude and disrespectful,!

Honestly if I could give a zero star review I would.

McDonald's ice cream machine is more dependable
than this business.

Bought a refrigerator, washer & dryer back in June. Fridge stopped cooling early July. Sent it back to get fixed. Told me if would take two weeks. Waited two weeks and then called and they told me they didn't know where it was. Proceeded to call over the next 3-4 weeks then got the same answer. Mid August they finally told me that accidentally threw it away but there was never any communication. They never called me and I had to call every Wednesday because apparently that's where there tech guy would come in. They told to me pick out a new one and they would deliver it in a few days so I did, and if course that one was broken so they didn't deliver it the day that they said they were and told me they would call me in two weeks after it was fixed. I waited 3 weeks to call them back to give them a chance to keep their word but of course that didn't happen so I called and asked what was going on and they said that apparently it was still broke and had never gotten fixed so I asked if I could just get a fridge that worked and they agreed so I went and picked out a fridge and basically asked for an upgrade because it had been 3 months since we had communication or a fridge and the lady told me she could do that and she would lose money in that deal. I responded by saying I've lost the most in the past 3 months.
Y'all have my money, and I don't have a fridge. The whole time she was laughing and smiling like it was a joke so it was cool to see the lack of maturity of the employees. The only lady that I've had good interactions with is the the lady that sits right by the entrance.

So all that to say that we finally got a fridge. And our washer has been making a grinding noise for the last month but I didn't want to take advantage of the warranty because of the fear of never seeing it again.

Don't shop here. You're wasting your time. This is the worst business I have ever bought from.

We had gotten a new used stove from the owners that we rent a house from. I guess it was cheaper for them which we were fine with but the oven portion wasn't working right we tried a couple more times before we called the owners to let them know. They told us someone from A&s appliance was gonna come friday and look at it. No one came so we were rescheduled for Monday 10-11: 30am I call after 11: 30 to see if someone was still coming and I never got a call back and then I called them again the same day then they tell me it's for Tuesday not Monday because something happened with the tech. And that one store didn't communicate with the other and didn't tell anyone that we were rescheduled. I asked what happens if we can't make the scheduled time because we work she said we'd have to reschedule. Which unacceptable and really inconvenient especially since they can't give you a time frame before hand it's only on the day of. So eventually the owners got something worked out for Tuesday when we get out of work. The tech guy finally comes and says that the stove needs a part and should be her Wednesday or Thursday. I call on Friday and they said that the tech hasn't gotten a chance to see if the part is in stock because he's been getting off late. Mind you they only have one technician for two stores. And if the part is not in stock it takes 3-8 weeks to receive it because of covid. So I asked if that's the case can we get another stove she told me she didn't know we'd have to call the store we purchased it from. Which it was but she's just in charge of the scheduling and would have to talk to a sales rep. She didn't offer to transfer us to a sales rep so she's useless and doesn't know anything. And doesn't know how to schedule or have great customer service skills after I hung up she called back 3 more times and from what it looks like in these reviews they just like to argue with their customers. BTW they were supposed to replace the oven today and still nothing. Don't waste your time especially if you have anything but a fridge and washer from them because they prioritize those first before anything else.

We bought a washing machine and it worked great.for a couple of weeks. Started out, the lid lock malfunctioned and wouldn't lock. With having a warranty, we gave them a call. They came out and eventually replaced the lid lock. It's still not fixed. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Quite frequently I have to unplug it so it will reset itself. Also, it has started leaking water inside the machine. We have called multiple times. And it's still not repaired. They have set appointments and not showed more times than I care to admit. The last thing we were told was they were going to just replace it. What a surprise, they were a no show. Never again will I try to save money by buying anything from this company. I will gladly purchase brand new, with a warranty from a reputable company. I do not recommend this company.

This is the 3rd time that Roy has come all the way out to Canyon Lake to service our dryer. He is extremely professional and prompt. I will recommend his service to all my friends!

I’ve purchased a washer here before about 3 years ago. This time when I purchased my washer it was leaking when they installed it. I called and they sent out a technician. He didn’t have the part so he left. I spoke with Amanda on several occasions and she was really great. Even with all of the craziness I could tell she was overwhelmed, but still provided me great customer service. Since they were unable to repair my washer because of a shortage in parts they are sending me another one. As a returning customer I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Amanda!

Warranty for appliances is a joke! I’ve called in five times still haven’t gotten my replacement dryer I was told after repeatedly calling office and them telling me it is on the way, lies, lies, and more lies! Do not purchase a washer and dryer because they don’t live op to warranty promises! Sincerely Mario Lugo

Driver called me to tell me he was almost to my house. The agreed price was $80 to buy my used fridge worth $1500 new. They tried to change the price to $50 and wouldn't honor the deal. The owner called me and told me they don't pick up appliances. I asked her why her deliver driver called me and told me he was on the way? I scheduled this and have numerous text messages detailing this. Dishonest representation. Bait and switch tactics,
Please boycott this place.

I have been purchasing appliances here for at least 10 years. I even bought my mother in law a washing machine to transport to her home in Rockport, tx because she trusts A&S more than any of her local stores. I have a residence and two rental properties here in SA and have continued to be pleased with my purchases for both. The items simply last and I never give them a second thought. Black was even available for my home kitchen. Again, I am a loyal customer for life.

Apparently they don't have the capacity to inspect their appliances being a fridge I bought didn't have a water line for water and ice dispensor, it was cut off. Mind you this is the second aplliance from this place that is not fully functional. The first fridge quit working after two days, a repairman was sent out, replaced heater, 3 days later was barely cooling again! Both times it took at least 3 days to get them to send the repairman. Came out, found it could not be repaired, hence the 2nd one that has a cut waterline and rear lower heat shield! Amanda quoted that receipt states ice makers not warrantied. Ok, they don't know the difference between warranty on an item that breaks and an appliance being delivered missing parts and that is not functioning completely. Still waiting for a call back from Julie, the owner too see if she'll rectify the matter or risk going to court. I'm not just going to lose almost $400 on two appliances that don't function correctly when it only cost $20 to file a lawsuit in small claims court!

Purchased a used dryer from them and within a week, I noticed my clothes were coming out with holes and rust stains. I called them and within a couple days, they sent the repair man to see if the dryer could be fixed but unfortunately it could not. They immediately sent me pictures of other dryers they offered and replaced it the next day free of charge. I believe most of their appliances come with a year warranty thankfully. Amanda and Matthew provided me with great customer service. You take a risk buying used but overall, they handled my situation very professionally and I would use them again.

Well they show warranty we still in 3 days have no call back after taking defective stove back and yet no call for refund I'm guessing BBB and District Attorney office next call

Found out my washer motor was bad and dryer needed a costly repair on Friday morn, went up and picked out a refurbished one and was washing clothes by noon on Saturday! Great experience.

They have pretty good appliances at good prices if you dont mind scratch and dents. They offer a small warranty on there appliances.
