Amazing service! They took me home for free with their shuttle and had my car repaired the next day. Very thorough explanation and they confirmed if they had approval to do the necessary repairs. They also gave me information about repairs to look into for the future! Highly recommend! Plus the animals in the lobby are fun!

I went to A To Z Auto Repair Service, Inc.for the first time recently and it was fantastic. Both of the owners are very knowledgeable and willing to help you work on your car. Their prices are fair and they have every tool you could need. I will definitely be back.

I am an auto dealer. I consider this shop is the BEST to repair who others failed to diagnose and repair. The owner Adam is so professional and honest.

Rude to customers, did not enjoy going in there and seeing who appeared to be the boss treating his employees like dirt will not be taking my services there again.

He is one the best repair shop in DFW area. Even some franchise dealerships bring thier luxurious new trade to repair. Adam, the owner is honest and deserves every dollar you pay for diagnostic and repair!

Needed a part I brought to them installed. Affordable and quick are the 2 words I'd use to define this shop. Owners and staff are awesome and knowledgeable. Will be back.

Went in because my hydraulic clutch lost pressure, they called me and told me i need a new transmission, i drove it off their lot.

But they did help me push start it so 2 stars, they might not know what a clutch is but atleast they were able and willing to push me off their property.

They are the biggest scammers of that town, crooked and thief’s, if you send your car here it will be worst then how your brought it. Please guys report these people so you won’t be stuck in middle of no where, I like honesty and this place is not.

We have used A to Z for 12+ years. They are, by far, the most fair and reasonable repair shop around. They don't sell you parts or repairs that you don't need. Their prices are extremely fair. They are always realistic in the timing of the repair. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Adam is a straight shooter.

Mike is a wonderful, HONEST mechanic! A to Z offers friendly, time efficient, professional, honest service. The cost of repairs is always reasonable (one of my vehicles is a foreign car). I always go and walk away feeling confident that I have received the best service and the correct diagnosis for my vehicles. As a woman, I was always worried about going to an auto repair service place alone. With other mechanics, I walked away with 15 other things that "needed" to be done. I've been going to A to Z for years and I've been more than pleased EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Great people, honest, explain everything and offer suggest no pressure. Take four cars there for repairs and maintenance.

Do not go to these people if you have a foreign car, I have taken my volvo to this place 4 different times for a check engine light that is on, they have told me it is the spark plugs and have had to replace them 3 different times. On the 4th visit I took the vehicle Friday night so they can check it Saturday morning, they said they fixed it so I picked it up, took it home. The very next day as I was driving the same light came on so I took it somewhere else to get checked why the light was on. The very same problem, almost as if they just reset the light and told me they fixed it. The only reason took it there as many times as I did is because they were a trusted mechanic to my family but never again. Now having to go to a dealership to fix the very same problem that I already paid for that they supposedly fixed multiple times. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
