A+ Washateria (by Beauty Supply & Pizza Hut), Houston TX

Arrived at 6: 45pm to a locked up building the employee who is supposed to have the building open gets dropped off about 10 minutes later and then proceeds to lock the door behind her and give a dirty look while she's talking on her cell phone. I would suggest going down the street to the newer washateria which has better machines and nicer staff!

As soon as I pulled up the worker looked me in my eyes and jumped up to lock the door. It said they closed at 9 pm I got there at 7: 27 after standing at the door confused I finally noticed a
“last wash at 7: 30 “ sign.
I can’t argue their rules but she could have at least came and explained it to me instead of just locking the door and walking off.

Went there for first time. Spent about $30 with this establishment. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. The dryers would not run continuously, kept cutting off during cycle. Owner WOULD NOT give me any quarters back. Will never come here again. I work too hard for my money to throw it away. And if you call that customer service by not giving ne my 3 quarter's (. 75 cent) back then you shouldn't own a business

Used to be a 5-star rating.

Open hours are 7: 30AM? Right.just left there, it's now 8: 15AM and no one there.

Abide by your hours or make a change in your hours.

I'm taking my wash-and-fold business elsewhere. Thanks for the past three years of service but I don't deal with businesses who won't make certain their hours are correct. I'm sure someone else in the area does wash-and-fold.

You lost me as a customer.

I've been coming here since 2010 today and last week they have had the ac and fans off, I mean we pay for doing our laundry, it's not free, we must have access to a fresh and cool facility, oh and some soap, fragrance spray and paper towels in the restroom, everywhere you go there is access to it why not here it use to be my favorite laundry but I'm thinking of changing that, and going to this new place and if it's better ya have lost a loyal customer ‍️

As for as the staff being nice that's very true.however it is always HOT in this place and when you mention it.all they do is turn on the fan which blows hear everywhere.
It is hot in Tx, fans are not gonna do it on 100 degree days I'm sorry.
If I have to sweat just to receive a friendly staff I will most definitely be going somewhere else.and another thing.the bathroom is always NASTY.all I needed was some tissue to clean up a detergent spill and OMGGG. HORRIBLE!

Cool place to wash. TV's and Video Games to occupy you while you wait plus the washers and dryers are very nice and updated

We got here around 4pm and we couldn’t load our clothes to medium size washing machines because the 2 ladies working there were taking too long to clear the machines (5 machines not cleared) until the Hispanic lady got there they did their job.

After leaving at 7: 48pm, out of the 2 ladies that fold clothes 1 stayed, she locked the door too early. When it says on the door 9pm.

This is my second time trying this washateria out. It’s a very clean place and the owners are very friendly.

Very clean and organize place. Friendly staff, the owner always walking around saying hi to everyone.

Friendly people, nice clean place and the lady greets everyone that walks in even if its their first time. Been here only 4 times and all those times I've had no problems.

Anna is very helpful and always there if needed the washers are clean and well kept no rust or old water smells on clothes i pass up alot of washerteria's just to come here great job a+

One of the best washaterias in my part of town. They do an excellent job washing your clothes. Good price too.

This washteria is good awesome cheap prices they are very clean and respectful I love this washteria the best in Houston the owner is nice and sweet she helps anybody with anything I am just amazed how great it is

I've been coming here since every week because the location where I live is close and also convenient. The owners here are very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. They also have a wash and fold service if you need to drop off your clothing to them. They also have arcade machines for your kids to kill time. Clean place.

Since the man left things are not the same. The young lady their is very rude. Her name is Wendy. I put 8 quarters in dryer which is always good. I told her about the dryer not getting hot and would she refund my 2 dollars. She said no and that i had too much clothes in their. So i took them out and put them in another dryer which worked fine. Same amout of clothes. The inside of the dryer was cold. Service going down hill. The mans wife also rude. Been going their for 5 years. Not no more. The place is not clean like it used to be. Prayers for the gentleman if hes sick.

I've been here before and the service is great. I'll recommend everyone that I know. The attendant very helpful.

Always recieve great service. The attendant is always nice an helpful, Clean environment. I recommend this washateria to anyone.

Very good place to wash your clothes I can leave and come back and my clothes will still be there I love thier washing machines so spacious I can fit a lot of clothes in one machine I JUS LOVE IT
