A1 express car care is really good customer service and professional i was having trouble with my vehicle i take it 2 to other shops they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. The owner of A1 express car care Hadi he asked me to bring it to his shop they will figure out my problem in less than 30 mins it was really easy issue and he didn’t charge me anything. Thank you Hadi.

I went in for an oil change for both of my vehicles and it was definitely a great first experience at this location. The service was great, the location had super friendly/professional staff, and we were in and out within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend A1 Express. The guys are nice and they work quickly. They had my car fixed a lot quicker than any shop I called before finding A1. No car repair is convenient when it breaks down but they made it a good experience and I’m thankful for that! They were transparent on price and while they were working on my car they actually found something that could have left me stranded and broke down later. They were already working in that area so it was a quick fix and I’m so glad they found the issue. I actually got to see the problem with my own eyes when they took me back into the shop. Great work guys! I’ll definitely be back!

I have being their customer for around 2 years, I always do the oil change with them using Groupon and they always respect your coupons. They are good, they have fix some more complicated failures and always have competitive prices.

Horrible. They were supposed to be towing my car to another shop. The owner convinced me to have my car towed to his shop and that he would give me a deal. He said that he would call me back in 2 hours with an estimate.

I called but he never called me back. The next day I called again. Nothing a week later I get my car back in parts and towed out of there shop they didnt even have the audacity to put my parts back together

Busted my 22 inch tired, these guys got out to me quick and in a hurry. Sold me my 22 inch tire for almost $40 cheaper than offers from other tire shops. Great service, Great business. Great attitude.

A1 Express Car Care is an honest and just tell you the truth. Whatever is not needed, they will tell you. I recommend this garage to everyone that needs an honest job done on their vehicle.
They will tow your car for free and they even work with you on the payment.
They are good people.

Came in because my cadillac xt5 was having starter issues. The dealer wanted around 1K and out side the dealer I found a place that wanted $900 in Greenville. I found A1 express and told them about my car issue, towing to the shop was free, inspection was free, changed my fluids for free and the best part was changing my starter for only $460.

I highly recommend this place and it’s officially my go to mechanic.

Wow, used this place for the first time yesterday and WOW, what a bunch of great, honest mechanics. Had my car towed at no charge at 1 o clock, called me an hour later to let me know my alternator was bad. Ordered the part, fixed it, great price. Super fast, super honest, super place. Please give this place a try if you need vehicle repair.

These guys are AWESOME! They're HONEST, reasonably priced, provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service & they've earned my business for life. I get all repairs for my Tahoe here & now that my son's home from college, I get his car repaired here as well. I can't say enough great things about A1.please try them out and see for yourself

I'll only bring my Tahoe & my sons cars here b/c I know I'm going to receive exceptional customer service, better than reasonably priced repairs & if something's still not right after a job is done, the owner will do whatever is necessary to make it right.even if that means towing you to the shop @ 3am from Timbuktu! You won't get this type of platinum car care any place else!

Stay far away from this place. Not very trust worthy. They only give you a 6 month warranty don't tell you up front about their warranty policy first

A1 towed my car, fixed it good and even changed one bad tire for me as a gift.
Very neat and organized place with some really experienced and friendly employees. Trust me, they'll take good care of you.
I strongly recommend them for your car problems.

Bought a Groupon, and walked in about 9: 30 on Saturday. No appointment is required, unlike what Groupon claimed. They were pretty busy, but I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes. Friendly folks, too. Very pleased.

As a young woman who doesn’t have a lot of knowledge about cars, I usually hate going to auto shops by myself because when I go in with the intention to get one thing fixed I usually come out with 5 other things that turned out to be unnecessary money spent.

A1 was the first time I’ve EVER had a flawless experience at an auto shop! Jeremy was very polite, the service was super quick and gave me an unbeatable price! I felt safe and didn’t feel attacked or bamboozled. I will be going back and recommend you give them a visit. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice guys here at this shop, they were really willing to work with us on the cost and even offered to let us pay in chunks if we didn’t have it all that day. Really went above and beyond in checking all the minor details and not cutting any corners and did a great job, and were able to get our car back in just a couple days even with some fairly large jobs. Will definitely be back!

Great Customer Service, the guys that came to tow me were the 4th truck, the other 3 said they couldn’t tow my car cause it was too low. They came were able to tow my car quickly and safely. If I ever need a tow again I will be calling them. If anyone is ever in a situation like I was I would say call A1 express car care first.
