AA OB GYN Clinic, Richardson TX

Great experience during my pregnancy journey and delivery. Baby Boy is very healthy and Dr. AA makes sure mommy is doing amazing during checkups closer to delivery. I will highly recommend and would come back later in the future for another blessed and healthy baby.

I switched OBGYNs earlier this year and I must say it was the best decision I could’ve made. She is far from me but the drive is worth it. She was able to take me in early in my pregnancy and recently delivered my healthy baby girl. She made me feel at ease during delivery in what otherwise can be a very stressful situation.
Dr. Aldurra and her staff have been amazing and I appreciate them all greatly. She listened to any concerns I had and quickly ordered labs and referrals to see specialists when needed. It was great peace of mind. I look forward to having her deliver any of my future pregnancies God willing.

Dr Amal, just love her she has been the best through this whole journey. Especially with my situation, she has been so caring and acted like my mom though this journey lol, She help me in every way. The labor was amazing, she was so sweet and caring. Loved every part of it I would love for her to be there helping me deliver again lol in the near future. I just wish she had more help cause she is so busy and bigger office she needs it. But the staff was amazing they all seemed nice especially how much times I would call lol. DR. AMAL and her staff were absolutely Amazing! They were on top of thing and processed everything so quickly. Even though she was busy, They gave me a same day appointment and did not make me wait a few weeks to be seen. May you and your staff be showered in his blessing!

The best doctor and staff I could have ever asked for! The doctor and staff are very professional and quick to respond to any questions I had! The doctor doesn't treat you just like any other patient they all made me feel more like family! I will only use this doctor and clinic!

This was my 6th pregnancy and Dr. Amal was one of the best doctors I've had. Throughout my whole pregnancy she always explained everything thoroughly, i always felt comfortable with her and felt that i was heard. I couldnt have asked for a better doctor. Although I had some complications she made the entire birth experience what I was hoping for as far as it was in her power to do so. She was calm and encouraging during delivery, and coached me through it.

I have had a very wonderful experience from the beginning of my pregnancy journey, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the doctor and her staff.

The worst place I’ve ever been to. The staff is rude and Unorganized. You call and they don’t answer. Information is not communicated clearly to patients. I felt rushed during my appointment. I’ve called multiple times and the doctor or nurse have not called back to me to discuss my discomforts. I will never come back to this place!

Very nice doctor! In and out real quick and a very nice and clean place. Nice staff and an amazing doctor! I loge this place so much.

I have been coming here since November and I am so glad I found this clinic! The front desk girls are the sweetest. The nurse makes you feel so comfortable and welcoming and the doctor is incredible. They really do care for their patients and they do make your pregnancy journey a lot more easier. There is sometimes a little bit of a wait time but definitely recommend!

Seen last week. Place is gross put used gloves in regluar trash, rude doctor to staff and patient, to many peopl in front room, lots of yelling! Overheard dr call staff stupid, i know enough that patient can see other patient papers all over the place and this is not right, place also has cheap decoration, if my insurance was better i would not come here, still looking for another dr, maybe i expect this kind of service in my country but not america.long wait not sure how an office here can have this many vilations medical and professional.if you have a choice dont go here.sry my english not too good but i hope you understand

Well first being semi nice to patients and letting someone in the back with you is the only good thing here. I arrived 15mins early just to sit there and only be asked if “I needed something” 30mins after my appointment time. To which it took an hour for them to call my name. The receptionist sadly didn’t know what she was doing. I went back to where the lady asked for my pee…. To where I was met with other patients pee on a counter. When I went into the room for the ultrasound the room STANK. When pregnant women are sensitive to smells. There should AT LEAST be some glade plug in smell goods or something! When the lady did the pap smear and vaginal ultrasound it was just rough for no reason. Im sure she didn’t have to be that damn rough. The process was also rushed very rushed. Also I shouldn’t have to call TWICE and being met the second time having the phone sent to voicemail because I want to obtain my previous records/tests with you all. It should’ve already been posted 2-4 weeks ago. Also I had to ASK for an ultrasound picture. Its like they wanna hold onto your damn picture right along with the 500+ ultrasound pictures they have visible on the floor of the receptionist window.

Horrible. I got hung on three times trying to schedule a appointment then when I tried calling back went straight to voicemail. First impressions are everything I’d highly suggest training for your front office staff with decent people skills.

Terrible experience. The front desk is not helpful and the doctor is unprofessional. I informed Dr.  Aldurra on multiple occasions that I was going in for a yearly women's check up which is considered "free" through insurance. The doctor misdiagnosed me resulted in a charge to my deductible, costing me over $650. I called the facility on several occasions to resolve the issue of my ICD 10 code and they refused to change it, saying "they can't because it already finished processing in the system that way. " Regardless of the money it cost me, the whole experience was miserable and I would not recommend going to this facility.

The management is not organized. I scheduled an ultrasound appointment for three times and the first two times she only had me as a office visit. The second tome when the doctor scheduled me for ultrasound she forgot.therefore, when i went she said there was a misunderstanding and scheduled me for the third time. The third time she called and canceled on me. When i was requesting a work excuse They refused to print it to me, when I asked them to send it to me by email, I had to call them four times to receive it because they had it wrong. The front desk the nurse was yelling at the assistant. Which was very unprofessional.
