I called AAA Home Service as I purchased a home several years ago and never got the Chimney inspection. An appointment was scheduled for the inspection. I have to say, Jason, the gentlemen who came out was very knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Information was taken and I was told I would get an email with a quote within 24 hours. I receive the email and I had questions about the quote so I emailed back to see if I can have some one reach out to me. I waited 4-5 days and did not receive a call. I called the office and spoke to a nice lady and left a message for someone to call me back about the quote. A few more days passed so I texted Jason to see what happened. He responded and said he would pass the message along. Finally Roland called me and we discussed the quote. I asked when the he would be available to start, he stated he would get back with me.
I am still waiting! Unfortunately I had to find another company to complete the job. My experience with this company has been frustrating.

Jason did an excellent job cleaning our fireplace and dryer vent. He came to my scheduled appointment on time & no delay. It was raining when he arrived to my home, but he brought material so he didn’t track water or mud on my floors & rugs. He prepped the fire place area before beginning the chimney sweep.
He did all the work in a timely manner despite the weather conditions. He cleaned my dryer vents in the home & on the roof. He recommended & replaced my old home made vent cover with a professional one to keep the birds & rodents out. I was very impressed. Thank you Jason for the outstanding job you did. Will never use this company, as their drivers find it acceptable to block the parking of neighbors for hours. Incredibly rude.
