I do understand price for everything went up and inflation is high but raising prices up 50% really made me think twice to used it again, used to be love and been a customer for 5 year and used it really often but i guess that doesn’t matter for them

The lady on the phone need someone teaching her how she talk, I dont recommend it at all

AAA Sanitation is a first class company with excellent customer service. Our septic system collapsed while we were out of town and after talking to a neighbor who had used AAA,
we called them. They came out the next morning and discovered a huge sink hole and the collapsed system. Everything needed to be replaced, including all of the electrical system. Mr. Banks called and told us what he had discovered and what they needed to do. We gave him the go ahead and after the parts came in they came early in the morning and got everything replaced that day. They even went to get grass to put back where the hole had been. We could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service. The employee who came to my home was argumentative with me when coming to provide service. First, he wanted to do more than required and called his boss on the phone to expedite my decision on whether or not I wanted him to do the job and then there was a miscommunication regarding payment type (thought I could do debit or check but apparently it was check or cash only). Instead of calmly explaining thier company policy he got defensive and barked at me "no card! " And to top if off after using my hose he left it unwrapped in my yard. Never again will I use them.

The Best. Always friendly and helpful. Everything delivered is exactly what we requested. On time everytime. Easy to work with.
