AAA Texas, Flower Mound TX

We have had AAA in the past and was looking for a good bundle insurance. After comparing alot of insurance companies AAA has had the best prices with full replacement value. Havent had to make a claim yet but know that I would be taken care of.

Outstanding, excellent, professional, and compassionate is the BEST way to describe my AAA Agent, Maurceese Graham. He has always gone above and beyond, for the past 2 years, to meet all of our insurance needs, while always keeping OUR best interests at hand. My husband, my daughter and myself have had the upmost pleasure of purchasing multiple types of insurance from him and AAA. He is truly a “golden” asset to us as a AAA family as well as an agent for AAA Of Texas, Flower Mound.

Did not show up when I needed them. Thanks for that. I paid for premium membership and they told me they would help but after waiting several HOURS they told me that I was on my own at the side of a busy road with young kids. My insurance did then help but that took another couple of hours after AAA finally told me they could not be bothered to.

They are still mailing me trying to get me to renew using junk mail labeled "second demand", "overdue" or similar.

Terrible place!

We went there to help a family member to apply for an International Driver license and we were found to have something "WRONG" with the picture 3 times and we had to go back and forth X3. Finally we did all this MR Reuben asked, but he recommended to have my family member to come to the store to take a passport photo which is $15!

Never go there is you don't want to be insulted.

Yesterday, I was on a business trip to AAA office in Shreveport. I went in and it was done in 5 minutes. That is what it should have been. I ranked them 5 starts

Maurceese was fantastic! I was able to swap my auto/renters policy from Progressive nearly effortlessly and saved over a thousand dollars this year alone! Very professional and helpful staff. Highly recommend them!

You’re the best

Tried to call. The phone system puts you into a continuous menu loop. You think you finally get to a person and the phone trips back to the beginning menu again. Very frustrating! I guess you have to drive in in order to ask a simple question.

Very rude and inconsiderate front desk. Wants to make money by selling passport pictures even though I had proper pictures

The Staff in this office were among the BEST! I was able to save over $500 a year on my insurance by combining my auto and homeowners insurance. They tailored my policies to my needs not just cookie cutter or state minimums which all other carriers do just to keep the rates low. I would recommend AAA Texas Insurance to everyone!
