I needed a tow and was able to get a membership and tow on the same day. I've been a member for years. Fell down on finances and passed up their many offers for renewal. Really needed a reliable trustworthy tow. They had great options when I really really needed them.
The insurance rates were cheap until I accidentally backed into somebody's car and now my yearly bill is 400 dollars more for small damage to the bumper.
I don't like this location or triple A insurance company as a whole. They got some of my contact information wrong and I had to double check with them again to be sure they got it correct.
They send me tons of junk mail for life insurance and try to get me to add another person to my policy.
Think about the trees being wasted to print out this junk mail!
Then I'm forced to get the triple A membership or my insurance policy (that I already purchased for the year and thought my payment covered the membership as well but it doesn't and they won't honor my car insurance policy without the membership payment and no refund for the 1700 dollars that I already paid.). What a dirty trick along with the rate hike!
I can get a printed receipt for my policy but they can't print up proof of insurance for both of my vehicles? ! I was told to come back tomorrow. Yeah sure, I live about a 60 mile round trip away! I asked for proof of insurance cards to be mailed to me and they never did. Called customer service and it took nearly two weeks to receive.
Was looking for Insurance
Depot in the Dallas area to get car insurance. One week
my phone gave me the the information. The next week it would not. I wanted to use
Insurance Depot because that was the last insurance company that I used from
1996-2000. Because of my
Age and my past driving history, Insurance Depot gave me a Discount on my full coverage insurance.
Very helpful stuff and gave me things I need to pick so I was in and out. They offer great service for your membership and has good value to get you back in the road when your car suddenly dies and guys was helpful to tow my car to the shop and made me feel better and put things at ease!
This place was very helpful. Sometimes team is a little slow to start but they could see I was struggling with my two toddlers and they really problem solved what we needed and got us finished in a reasonable time frame. They have most things you will need from an AAA. Conveniently located.

I did not even get to talk to an insurance agent the receptionist was so rude I left. I canceled my service with AAA and now with progressive.
Just switched both my auto and home owner insurance from AARP to AAA and saved some money sales agent Ronnie Lerma was outstanding taking care of all of my needs and was very pleasant to deal with after having a terrible day up until that point. Thanks Ronnie!
If I could rate a zero I would. I called for a tow they sent me a guy to jump off my car that was not the problem so had to call back for a tow again waited a total of five hours.i get a letter saying I used up my tows for the year the one day counting for two. I can not get a person to respond to my letters. Horrible service but they sent me a renewal notice ha! AS IF!
The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of one person who went out of his way to help me make sure my homeowner's policy was accepted. This is Grayson, who was so personable and helpful; without him, after the nasty letter I received from AAA telling me my policy would be cancelled in a months' time, I would have found another provider. This is coming from a AAA member for nearly thirty years.
These folks have continued their exemplary service for many years. Whether I've locked my keys in the trunk in the rain, needed a jump start or run out of gas on the top of an airport parking garage or in its bowels downtown.
Timely dependable service like no other.
I will never be without a membership!
