A good place to find when it was necessary. I have friends in the business and could have called but to find one in was better. The office was in the area and helped me as quick as they could. I was glad to find this Betterway Bail Bond as I did. They were a great place to help us.

Bridgette was extremely helpful in getting my sons bond expedited quickly so he could be released to recovery facility out of town the same day.

I am extremely upset with this bonding company and Elliott's Bail Bonding. On the website it says "If you call on him to help you out in a jam, he will. " It also says "Everyday is his mission to pay for it forward and help other's jammed up like he was and in the end get their life back on track. " So, someone please tell me why he refused to help me get my boyfriend/ caretaker out of jail? I am disabled with a serious heart condition living on a fixed income. I receive one check per month. My boyfriend works when he isn't incarcerated. He had already been in jail for almost 3 months and I needed him home to care for me. I only had a small portion of a down payment but my boyfriend could pay the rest in weekly payments when he got out of jail. The lady who I spoke with was very rude to meet, refused to help us in any way and acted like she was too busy to sit there and answer my questions. What happened to "his mission to pay it forward? " They are nothing but a joke. Nothing but false advertising and lies on the website. Wouldn't even help a disabled woman get her caretaker out of jail. Y'all disgust me. And I will never use this company ever again. Thank y'all so much for you paying it forward. I hope nothing serious happens to me while my only caretaker is sitting in jail bcuz y'all basically laughed in my face.

I’ve never had to do this before and was so shook up! My son got into some trouble. The lady Carla was so incredibly helpful. She made me feel like the world wasn’t coming to an end because of this. Even gave me scripture to give my son! She was a God sent and this place definitely helps and isn’t just there to make money! I’m so appreciative of Carla!
