I needed to install a new garage door opener and this company was recommended. I had already bought a new opener so when I called I had asked if I needed to buy anything else for the install, I was told the installer would have everything he needed. When he arrived, without a mask, the first thing he asked is if I wanted to spend another 60 dollars on a support bracket for the garage door, I asked why did I need support bracket and he gave an explanation about how the opener was going to be attached to one of the weakest spots on the garage door, I asked him if that was how much it was at Home Depot, he told me it would be half the price he charged. (seriously? !? !) I said no and let him continue. The quality of the work that was done, you'd think this was the first time he'd done an installation, the job was sloppy and he didn't even bother to ask me where I wanted the controls mounted (not happy with where he put them and now I have to move them). Overall experience: Fair, would I recommend them to someone else: Not a chance.

We are extremely pleased with the entire experience with Aaction Overhead Door. Zach came out promptly, assessed the problem and recommended a solution that would work for us. Zach returned for the replacement installation of our garage door opener and was very personable and professional.the door works better now than ever before. I’m a little late with my review but AAction got me scheduled immediately, gave me an accurate quote, and Zack showed up right at the beginning of the service appointment window. He worked quickly and efficiently to replace the gasket on my door and even did a quick sensor realignment for me. Friendly, professional, and responsive. Trustworthy and a good value.

I have called action overhead twice regarding my garage door that was installed almost 6 years ago. No I was not looking for a service call I was hoping to get some technical support over the phone regarding adjustments. However I have called them twice and because I guess I told him that I don’t have the money for a service call right now they decided not to call me back. So in regards to recommend him for service they would not be the top of my list. I have called action overhead twice regarding my garage door that was installed almost 6 years ago. The work was professional, quick, and Bill was not only very pleasant, but most informative about continuing maintenance.

Zach showed up on time and did an a great job fixing my garage door.i attempted to do it my self but couldn't get it quite right.i though it was only the spring that needed tighten, and Zach confirmed it.he didn't try to up sale me anything and only repaired what was needed.hopefully i will never need to have my garage door repaired again, but if i do; i will call Aaction Overhead Door's, and if i hear of anyone that needs help with theirs, they will be the first i recommend. Justin was on time, called ahead.to let me know he was on his way, very professional even had the outside keypad that we had forgot to purchase when we bought the garage door, purchased it and he installed it at the same time. Great customer service. Would recommend them to anyone that wants a garage door opener installed. Was done within an hour.

Can't say enough good about AAction Overhead Door. Customer service was excellent, the tech (Zach Dee) was very helpful, courteous, did quality work. The communication from the staff was good, they were there when they said they would be (who does this anymore) and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

The seal on our garage door was damaged and needed to be replaced. I called Aaction Overhead because they were close to our home. I spoke with Ashley and made arrangements to visit the shop.

She asked who the mfg of the door was. I didn't know and though I tried to explain it she finally suggested that I take some photos and send them to her.

She suspected that the standard L Bracket they use on many doors would work but wanted to be sure. I sent the photos to her over the weekend and she called back on Monday after sharing them with her Lead and he confirmed what she had told me.

I picked up the parts and installed them on Saturday - right before the rain.

My wife stopped by and they discussed us getting a new door at some point in the future but we were going to hold off on that.for now.

Ashley knows her business. She didn't try to up-sell and when she didn't have the answer at hand, she asked. I'm old school and expect that from a vendor and far too often they fail to go the extra step.

Ashley went the extra steps it took and sold us what we needed. She did a great job.

I recommend Aaction Overhead.

Just wanted to say that I was having issues with my garge door, opening and closing. I called and spoke with Ashley and she walked me through what to do step by step, she knew exactly what areas I needed to spray. Also explain how to program a new remote control. Excellent service, I am a highly satisfied customer and looking forward on using you all in the future.

I had no idea what to expect when AAction contacted me to install a garage door opener at my home. Boy! Was I surprised! On the day of the install I had an important doctor's appointment and was concerned that the appointment and the install time would conflict. So I called and spoke to Ashley, told her my concern, and she said she'd take care of it for me. 90 seconds later Bill called and said he'd be at my home in 30 minutes (he made it in 20) and he'd make sure I'd get to my doctor's on time. And he did! Great service and customer care from Ashley and Bill. Because of these two people I would got to AAction again in a heartbeat. I don't know if this is appropriate or not - don't care - but I think Ashley and Bill should both get raises. It's because of them I'd return to AAction and also let everyone I know with a garage door problem that these are the people you call. Thanks, AAction for a great job.
