Aahhh Comfort Spa, Webster TX

Recently bought a house with a hot tub which I knew nothing about. Long story short, the water pump was tripping out my breaker.between the Internet, a lot of free advice from Aahhh Comfort Spa, and a competitively priced new pump, I’m back up and running. And I learned a lot about how a hot tub works in the process. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough, saved me hundreds by fixing it myself and not hiring a professional.

I have bought two spas from Pat, a used one 15 years ago and a new one this spring. We got the same friendly service both times, and the new Typhoon Spa is great!

I had a leak and a seized pump in my Spa. Big names like Leslie were unable to help me at all (Though they were OK in the past with a swimming pool I had). I found Spa Depot (online) and was able to get a new pump from them, but could not stop the leak. Saw Ahhh Comfort Spas one day and talked to Mike there and he was able to supply me with a replacement flange, flexible pipe and connector with which I was able to repair the leak. Also helped me with another leak I have had since and so far they have had all the parts I needed in stock (including a new stop valve). I will always go back to Ahhh as they give me invaluable free advice and have the parts I need in stock right there.

We are very happy with our spa, Pat was great. We recommend Ahh Spa to anyone anytime!

Excellent service and sales. Pat is ALWAYS calm and non-pressuring - I have never had him try to push me to buy anything. He is also very knowledgeable in spas and operation. We bought a used SunBelt Aurora back in 2010 that was about 5 years old then and decided it was time to upgrade, so just bought a brand new SunBelt Storm Precision series - can't wait to get in it! Our new tub!
EDIT: Was delivered Saturday 1/26 and the delivery men were the nicest people - another plus for getting a spa from Aahhh Comfort Spas. They even put the downspout diverter I had moved so they could get the spa in the back yard back down! I had an issue where it was set to low power mode and I could not change it - called Pat and he immediately told me how to unlock that setting so I could change it to high power mode! And no, I do not work for them nor get special prices! Just so nice to see great, non-pressured sales, excellent and well mannered delivery people, and great after sales service!

Pat is great. Service is top notch. I recommend if your looking for a spa to visit his store in Webster.

I bought a hot tub from Pat last year around December. He was super patient amd helped me find the perfect one for me. He discussed used options as well as new. I went with a new one (LS-500) and it is amazing.

Their customer service is impeccable, they are a family owned business and everyone is knowledgeable, loves their work, and goes above and beyond to help with great advice, good humor, and YOU in mind.

He even set up a tour for me at Comfort Spas, the manufacturer of the spas in SW Houston and they were super informative and helpful as well.

Great customer service. The owner Pat was very helpful. Best hot tub for the money we could find. They offer several inexpensive options and aren't pushy at all. I believe the company that manufacturers these tubs is based in Houston.
